My daughter has had some difficult teeth issues to work through and we’ve been very impressed and thankful for Dr. Murdoch and all the staff. The way he explains things and decides what’s in the best interest of the patient is wonderful. He also always made sure my daughter has been aware and comfortable each step of the way. The staff are so amazing too, they can even handle teary mom’s!

After a two year orthodontic and surgical plan with Ocean's Edge, I am more happy than ever that I chose them.The warm staff and welcoming environment started very early on in my orthodontic process, before I had even made any commitments to pursue the treatment! This team worked seamlessly with Dr. Sansalone at Island Oral Facial & Implant Surgery to complete a double jaw surgery for me. Having a bi-maxillary Osteotomy is a scary process to venture down, but the team at Ocean's Edge put me at ease along every step of the way. Each member of the team is committed to helping the client feel comfortable during some very uncomfortable moments. I always felt heard and any question I had was answered honestly.The office space is clean and new, the employees are all passionate about the work, and every time I left an appointment I felt gratitude!Lastly. their new procedures in response to C-19 are intelligently designed and conducted. I felt very safe in their office space.Thank you Ocean's Edge for taking care of me during the most arduous experience of my life! I'm so grateful for the time and support you gave to me!

We took my oldest when he was about 10. The attention was excellent and he even got a gift bag almost at every screening visit! For some reason though, his younger brother just got one bottle (you know how kids do pay attention to those things). They are undergoing treatment currently.Everyone is friendly and kind, and the place is top notch. It was specially attractive for kids before the pandemic and it is slowly getting back to that now as restrictions are lifting.When we saw Dr. Murdoch he was very helpful and thorough answering questions.My only complaint is communication as the treatment is ongoing. There are no follow ups with parents. Kids go in alone, and the information gets lost. I guess my kids are not great communicating, so I often have to phone and check what went on. Other than that it is pretty good and very well organized.

They seriously are the happiest office ever!! You walk in and they always greet you with a smile and remember me and my kids. They made the decision to get invisaline easy. They have made this process amazing. I also love that they had payment options so it wasn't such a big upfront cost. Love going to get my teeth check.

Dr Murdoch and his staff are easy to work with and accommodating. They have included my daughter in the process from the beginning and always take the time to explain what is happening. We are very grateful for the exceptional care.

We had a free consultation during the two days Dr. Murdoch provides this service. Aside from the winter theme day - making it very inviting - the staff greeted my son at the door making him feel welcomed and comfortable and had various activities such as prize draws, coluring sheets, and finding your name on the wall. Such a great experience with no apprehension of a possible visit later. Great Job staff.
