Giant fail. As an infrequent shipper of goods I attempted to reach out to a name brand to assist me with my shipping task. What is on their website and reality is different.My biggest frustration came when I spent an hour trying to have my questions answered. After three attempts at calling the numbers posted I could not get beyond AI ... artificial intelligence with the intelligence part being a contradiction. The end result is that you cannot speak to a real live human being at all levels. So I decided that all I could do was make the half hour drive across the city to the terminal only to be abruptly told that they could not help me with what their website says they can. Being the May 24 weekend I left with my shipment and returned home too spend some time seeking another solution. Why can a giant logistics corporation like Fed Ex not be able to help me. Listen up guys -- your computer communication doesn't workIn fairness I might add that I called your competitor only to get a recording telling me to leave my info. This was after several attempts

Look up the word Shyster" in the dictionary and you will see the FedEx logo. For years they would show up with a package and have extra fees. I refused delivery. Now they deliver package and send an invoice 2 weeks later. If you do not pay

Stop employing screw ups!!!Fed ex in London ON left only one shipping notice for my shipped item as they did not found us home. Said to pick it up at their store in south London. How comes, you usually try twice to deliver before you give us this notice?

They sent me to an address that was apparently partnered with them for deliveries. I showed up to the address they gave me and it was the source store. They had no clue what I was talking about and had to drive back out to main center. I called for another package delivery and they said the same address but I recognized it and told them on the phone that that address is a store that's not partnered with you.... big waste of time . Plus my package was 39 $ with them. I call the other fedex store and they said 13$!!! I call them back to complain but the guy can't Comprehend my point on how they need to figure out there shipping locations and stop wasting ppls time. Just keeps telling me he has a number for me to call for shipping...idiots

Bought expensive earrings for my girlfriends birthday on Monday from Micheal Hill jeweler's Cambridge and was supposed to be overnight to London, well they went to mississauga and have bounced around there getting scanned until Thursday afternoon now nothing!!!!I called and the representative was super rude and hung up on me with a survey whilst I was still talking with him. Now nothing. I have to explain to my girlfriend that her gift is lost out there with no answers. I mean it was Cambridge to London. I paid lots of money and extra to get overnight shipping? And all I hear is its all because of covid19. Meanwhile I get a package from the states Via UPS in 6 days.I'll be filing a expensive claim if they are not here in the next few day, they were not cheap earrings!!Worst experience ever!

Tina and Anne are absolutley unprofessional. They are incapable of doing a good job and clearly do not know how to do a good job. Get ready to meet to complete childs that will not handle your frieght needs in anyway shape or form. Go to another location for better service and shipping.

Useless - when the shipper requires a signature they don't have any alternative options in place for drop off besides making you drive to the depot (I live 1.5 hours away). My delivery showed up outside of the specified time, and when I missed it they refused to come back same day, so now I have to book a 2nd day off work to wait for the dang package. Where is the logic? Update your delivery policies to work with people, not against them!
