I have been a customer of First Choice for over 20 years and during the last five years, Shelby has been my hairdresser. During that time, I have found her to be professional, personable, and engaging. Shelby takes great pride in the quality of her cut and always makes sure that I am completely happy before I leave. I know that every time that I visit, I will receive an excellent haircut at a reasonable price and that’s what keeps me coming back.

Myself and my family all go here. Shelby is amazing!! She does my teenage son's hair exactly how he likes it. She cuts and colors my hair and does an amazing job every single time. She is very patient, kind and gives suggestions when I'm not sure exactly what I want done.

I went in today for an eye brow waxing & the lady did a terrible job.She was on the computer & once she sat me in the chair she started touching my face & eyes without cleaning her hands or wearing gloves. No sanitizer either!They won't see me again since the staff could care less about hygienic practices.

I am going there for about 2 years for my sons 4 year old haircut . I called them today over phone at 11 30 am to check availability and they told walk in available. Within 10 minutes we reached there . The lady was very arrogant she told i have to wait till 1 pm . When I went back at 12 30 with my son ,she told I may have to wait again . Don’t think 1 pm they are free and then we left . I never wrote any bad review so far. I was very upset the way she talked to me as if she don’t want to do my sons haircut . I usually see a different staff . It’s just my time go wasted , we went back she talk very rudely . Very unprofessional

This location is one of the best places to go in the city for a good priced quality haircut and always great staff. I have had my hair done by Chantal and Shelby, both did an amazing job for a guy who is very particular about his hair. They also trimmed up my eyebrows, gave my facial hair a line up and sent me on my way to a date looking better than ever. I don’t believe the negative reviews on here as they seem to be trivial and not true. If you’re looking for a good cut, good price, with great people, go see Shelby and Chantal. You won’t be disappointed!
