First time here and I had Pam and she was amazing. super helpful and professional with style suggestions and gave me a great haircut and an even better overall experience. Highly recommend checking this place out

Bad customer service to new clients. Hard to reach anyone to make appt. Wanted a highly recommended stylist who was too busy and referred me to their newest stylist whom she was fully confident in. New stylist totally did not listen to what I wanted and created a horrible cut. I tried to reach the first stylist and asked if she could put me on her next available opening to help fix what the other one messed up. She just answered no sorry and did not give any options for a future day and time.. I went to another place the next day, who was fully responsive and able to work me in same day, fixed uneven layers and gave me the cut I needed.

I understand that one stylist does not speak for the whole salon, but my experience just did not meet basic expectations of a typical hair salon.I provided references, used their terminology, knew what i wanted and needed, and knew how to explain it in a way any hairdresser should understand. They were just a little too scissor-happy, cut it a lot shorter than what I was looking for. Didn't get a good fade on the sides, seemed very haphazardly done.Not sure why they were in such a rush to get this done. Compensating for having one side shorter than the other, back and forth, wound up getting every very short.All that being said, the end result looked nice and well-balanced. They knew how to make what I had look nice, they just completely missed the buck on the reference I provided.

The staff is always very friendly and I always leave happy.

Had a wonderful experience first timeBooked an appointment for haircut.Was super convenient while booking over the phone.The girl brooks gave me a very decent cut and i liked it alot.She was really friendly and i was completely comfortable.Will recommend it to others as well.Cheers!

I have been going to Dudes and Dames for 45 years. Gloria, Kathy and Connie are the kindest, most caring; helpful, professional gals in the business. I am treated with dignity and respect every visit. I always leave feeling like a million bucks! Thank you Connie you are THE BEST!

I had an amazing experience with Pam at Dudes and Dames. My hair was in rough shape—it was limp, faded and looked thinning. But not after Pam did a total transformation on me! She assessed the problems going on with my hair, stayed late to add in a trim and I walked out with full volume, rich colour, shine and bounce. If only every salon visit could be like that.Also the salon was super easy to book with.

My experience was great. The staff is very friendly and warm. The hair cut was great too. Definitely recommend Dudes and Dames
