No wonder KFC is going out of business. Ordered online through Uber Eats, service is very slow, and the chicken burgers were very subpar and underwhelming, doesn't taste fresh, dry and I'm not sure what type of cheese they used but it was barely melted and just drenched with cold disgusting bbq sauce. Thankfully it was a buy 1 get 1 free type deal, not worth the real price of $8+ tax for one burger??? wow such an insane price for the quality you get. Kernel Sanders would be rolling in his grave if he'd see what his restaurant has become... all round just sad.

Portions gets smaller,quality of the food hasn't improved lately.. too expensive for what we get..I had a meal 3 days ago and the fries were over cooked stale bricks.. popcorn chicken was definitely sitting there for awhile... I won't be having kfc for a while.

Zinger was good, but beware they don't ask and just make it spicy by default.Never buy poutine at KFC. Worst ever poutine and their gravy looks unappetizing and tastes like cardboard!!!To my surprise fries were crispy and good, very much like McDonald's.

Ordered online and went for pick up. Website says would be ready in 15 minutes. We get to the store and there’s just 2 people ahead of us and the cashier says our order isn’t ready and would take 11 minutes. An hour later we’re still waiting.The people that were there ahead of us also waited a long time.A few Uber drivers came in to pick up orders but ended up cancelling because the cashier said the food would take 10 minutes and after 10 minutes they were told that the orders would take 20 minutes.

The lady in the cash today was communicating with very bad way , very late response . Only the lady on cash but others were good . Food is ok

The place and the staff is nice. The review is not towards them. I just felt mad finessed I got this impoverished-looking twister wrap and 1 small side for $17. Shrinkflation I guess?

It is newly remodeled, which is nice. Not clean and supper SLOW service. Ordered 4 sides with my chicken, I had to point out to them only 3 were provided :(

Worst KFC in west island with poor service and poor food quality nothing is EVER FRESH served here plus wait time is TOOOOOO long and by the time u get your food you have lost half of your APPETITE already or end up canceling ur order cuz half of the stuff is either cold or not what u ordered .
