Fairly same quality as it’s main competitors with in the area. I personally prefer the individual broth per a person just because it’s easier to keep track of your own food. But just personal preference, still great food.

There is a 20% happy hour discount if you dine after 9:00 PM on weekdays.Staff was very attentive, quick, and also very friendly!! Love how the food and service is consistent to all the HDL locations.

We came in earlier than our reservation thinking that we can start dinner earlier but when we came in it was too crowded, proof that the restaurant is a place to look out to. When it was our turn to have dinner, Logan, our server was very enthusiastic and made sure that we are comfortable before ordering our food. Even though crowded, he didn’t show any stress in serving his customers. His customer service is impeccable. If you have plans to dine in here, make sure that you call them first to check the status of the line and best to make a reservation. Prior to coming.

I love this restaurant so much! The service is always top notch, like 100% amazing every time I go. They treat you so well without being too overbearing. They speak Mandarin, Cantonese and English flawlessly. The quality of the food is superb. The sauce bar and little side dishes are an amazing touch along with the free ice cream that comes with the meal after!

We often go to the Vancouver branch, but today is our first time at this location. At the waiting area, there are free coffee, juice, and snacks.The server greeted us quickly and warmly. When we sat down to order, the server immediately brought us a plate of free appetizers.We always order the hot pot with half tomato and half mushroom broth because both are not too spicy, salty, or oily. The soup is filled with different types of mushrooms, some of which have a crisp and refreshing texture. We ordered scallops, sea cucumber meat, and lamb slices, which were all very fresh and beautifully presented. Their fresh noodles show is a must-try because not only is the noodle-pulling impressive, but the noodles themselves are also delicious. So far, neither of their two locations has disappointed me.If you have never been here before, you can try coming during the happy hour from 2-4:30 pm or after 9:00 pm when there is a 20% discount. Otherwise, you might need to make a reservation during other times.

Jordan delivered such amazing service. The food, drinks and people went above and beyond. We had 4 soup base with seafood platter, lamb, vegetable selection ,blood tofu and a rocket of beerWe were blown away, we can't wait to come back.

Went with my friend yesterday and had an awesome dinner as always. Barry, our server (even though I called him Gary oops) is superb and good looking even with mask lol… and he give us toys!!! So cute!!! Everyone there is so nice, good food and good service. Wonderful experience on a Friday night! :)

Haven't been to a hot pot restaurant in a long while. This one is extremely busy and expect a long long wait if you don't have a reservation. The staff is very friendly and professional. You order through their tablet menu with pictures so you know exactly what you ordered. Meat, seafood and all vegetables are very fresh. Self-serve sauce bar has over 20 items to make your special mix. The overall experience was very enjoyable. Must order the fresh noodle show.
