Eric does a great job, honest.

We called Eric on a Friday looking for a quote on adding outdoor outlets and adding an outlet for our washer and dryer. He answered immediately, was over on Saturday and the work was completed on Monday. Very professional, reasonably priced and they even cleaned up after finishing which was not my experience with other electricians. I will definitely be using him for any future electrical needs.

Friendly, fast, and efficient! Other electricians I called either never called me back or it was going to be weeks before they could even come out to give an estimate. We will definitely be calling Eric to do any electrical work we need!

We had no idea what to expect as we had never used this business before, but we will definitely call Eric again should we need an electrician who can think outside the box! Eric came to the house and quickly diagnosed and helped to correct a problem we were having that even the local electric utility hadn't initially been able to diagnose.Eric is not only reliable, but very kind, as well.

He did an excellent job BUT then he left us hanging on the inspection, etc. this was months ago and he won’t return any of my husband’s calls or texts.

Eric at EL Herberger is the one to call for any electrical work. He did a wonderful job completing several electrical services at our home and we would highly recommend him. He pointed out problem areas and corrected them. After exploring numerous electricians, his fee was highly competitive and we would contact him for any services needed in the future. He is very knowledgeable, takes pride in his work, and is a very kind person.

Everything started out great with this company! They were able to come out the same day that we called and had the work completed within 3 days. I think they were a little pricey, but you don't mind paying a little more to have the job done quicker. At the completion of the installation, the owner told me he would be coming back next week with the electrical inspector. 2 weeks went by with no visit, so we called and texted him with no response. Finally, I tried calling from a different number, and sure enough, he picked up! He acted surprise that the inspector did not show up yet and said he had been out of town. He told me that he would try the inspector again and get him out by the end of the week. Here we are another 2 weeks later with no response. I called the inspector myself and was able to get him out the next day, which tells me the electrician never even tried. I am now on the hook for the inspector's fee, and let's hope the job was done correctly. If there is anything wrong with the work, I know for a fact the electrician will not be returning my calls!
