Len's Mill Store
Good selection of stuff and I found some upholstery fabric that was great. Sadly the woman cutting fabric for me wined throughout the process about how she deserved a better job but nobody would hire her except Len's. It's not a surprise because before starting my order she spent literally 4 minutes putting ribbon back on a roll while winging. It's not Len's fault but was unpleasant to listen to.

This store has a great selection of products but is not service driven. The staff doesn't support each other, much less their customers. You will get the same service when there are two employees working as you would when there are twenty. If you can, go to the Cambridge location.

We took our 9 year old new sewer here today. Christine was absolutely amazing with her. She spent so much time explaining many things to her and taught her how to cut fabric. Her personal interest and attention to our daughter was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back!!!

If you are a quilter, they have it all. There's also a decent array of fabrics for clothing and costumes. You'll have to do some digging in the remnants to find the gems, so make sure you have the time to spend searching!

Imagine you take a small box and put it on a counter. And you're counting buttons. You leave the buttons for 20 seconds to grab some other 'notion'. And when you come back the buttons have been swept up and into the box by neat-crazed control freaks. The box, however, is left out on the counter. Add to that, that when asking where something is staff will attempt to 'describe,' badly, where it is, in the half-acre store instead of taking you to it. You will be vigorously denied the use of scissors. At the cash you ask the hoody looking punk if he has a tape measure. He says yes". You ask him again and he says "no." Ask one more time and he says

If you love seeing them this place is a dream come true! I came here to get a bunch of fabric for plush making supplies and there were so many options! There also tends to be deals on a lot of fabricThey also have faux fur for anybody interested in making art dolls or fursuits

Christine at the cutting table was very friendly and helpful. The cashier was even more friendly and helpful. And I found Dallas Stars fabric that I've been looking for for many years.

Len's Mill is a massive store with a massive selection. It should have everything you need for all your fabric and sewing needs. However this store is rough around its edges in regards to its atmosphere and products. Its atmosphere is just a wearhouse with no attempt to make it look like a store. Len's Mills products value quanity over qualitiy. Overall it is a reliable store for what it offers.
