This dental office has been asking people to post fake positive reviews to hide all the true reviews from people about Dr. Michael and his office. Instead of doing this they can start giving better services and treatment to the patients and get honest reviews which are unbought.

I was not referred by anyone to Dr. Michael S, I just grabbed the phone and made the call. A very sweet and professional voice hearing my problems booked me right away. I was struggling with a lost filling and in the pandemic time with lots of closed cabinets I was wondering how to fix urgent my problem. I had the surprise to meet the best doctor in my neighborhood.From my first visit and I keep going regularly, I have had nothing to complain about, very professional work done. Everything was spotless before and after I left, it was sometimes very muddy outside but the girls were fast and efficient cleaning everything. All my family is happy cause we finally found a team of professionals where we feel welcomed, listened and treated with best accuracy and modern procedures.There is no way to leave the cabinet without being greeted by Dr Michael, even if you go only for regular cleaning, and you think will see only the hygienist. The doctor cares a lot about his patients, and you never leave the hygienist chair before the doc not learning about the all the problems are found during the cleaning visit. He and his team like to keep all patients’ problems under control and accommodate as per patient needs.Being pandemic time there was a very well-planned number of the patients to avoid any possibility of virus contamination, I saw no person waiting in the waiting designated area. When I came earlier, I was asked to return a bit later do not crowd the waiting area.I was in the neighborhood before Christmas time, and I asked if I could pass by and only to hand over a Christmas card & sweets to the wonderful team who helped me during 2021. I was really impressed and jealous that all the employees prepared something and gathered to celebrate Christmas along. I saw all kind of ethnic backgrounds celebrating all together, so not sure why some people feel throwing public false accusations. Toronto has an abundance of doctors to choose from, and no one is forced to return a second time if they do not feel comfortable, but I find it unethical to level false and sensitive accusations in a country where we were all welcomed, retrained, and well integrated into such a wonderful multicultural society.I highly recommend paying Dr Michael a visit for any dental procedure you may need.

Best dentist I've ever seen. With a long history of needing dental work I can't say enough how great it is to visit a doctor that does his job with a thoroughness and dedication I've rarely encountered. The negative reviews about this doctor are ridiculous. I have always seen him to be professional and kind. Any patients met with impatience from Doctor Strugurescu really need to question their own behavior.

Very good dentist. I had some complex teeth treatments done by dr. Strugurescu with good success. He has my trust and I am a long time patient.

I would say he is a dentist with zero ethics and manners!! Never visit this dentist if we are you are against racism. I went with my wife and saw how he treats his assistants who are non canadians. I felt really bad for the employees in his clinic. Just pursuing a dental degree doesn't have any value if you are inhuman like him and also not very great with your dental skills.

I rarely write any reviews but I had to share my amazing experienceExtremely clean clinic .Dr. Strugurescu is the best he is very friendly and professional. He has an amazing friendly staff.I come to his clinic from Barrie but it’s worth the ride.I highly recommend him to anyone.

We are regular patients to Dr Strugurescu and so far we have been to many dentists before but he is the best. He's got an easy hand and since he is our dentist we had no worries about our oral hygiene or cavities. This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. Is always amazing service very quality of customer service and fantastic results. Also Anna she is one of the best oral hygienists we had. We like the little gifts at the end of our session. I went there with one of my friend. And the way he treats his employees specially his assistants is very bad to see. He kept on humiliating them all the time and insulted them in front of the patients. He should try and be a good person first and then a good doctor. Shame on such doctors who lack basic humanity.
