Blue Chip Collision and Auto Glass

ICBC Repair, simple windshield. I arrived on a Monday morning, first thing. I had a call by the afternoon for an appointment, I had the car repaired and home by 3:30 on Thursday. Great service, nice people, no complaints. I am happy I went there.

Great experience! My car got scratched while parked, and I took it here for repairs (my first time ever to get any collision-related" repair) and didn't know what to expect or how the process would go. Darryl and Richard were nice and easy to work with. Car looks good as new

ICBC is slow when it comes to deciding who's at fault even though I got rear ended.But not to worry, Richard came to the rescue and got everything done for me.I would definitely recommend all my friends to come here.

1961 Lincoln Convertible - paint job was very basic, they broke a part on my convertible top which voided $10k work of I done on it previously.I had very expensive and hard to find parts for the car they were supposed to install and they lost them and basically took my money and could careless about trying to find those parts. He was also working with a local mechanic and the 2 of them had a falling out which fkd me over and added more stress... there is nothing special about this place and I would never use them again.

I'm honestly pleasantly surprised by the service. I went there when my car was hit parked and needed work in the quarter panel and back bumper. Car was done in 5 working days, no overspray in the wheel well or anywhere, no paint dripping, no streaks, it's as good as new. Also provided a courtesy car that wasn't bad at all (2016 corolla). Good communication, nice and helpful people. Highly recommended.

I had an ICBC claim for someone stealing my front lip and cracking my front bumper. I was recommended Blue Chip by Nixon at Street Legal Tint & Detail. Therefore, I went to Blue Chip to get my 2015 Subaru WRX front lip and cracked my bumper replaced. Darryl helped me out and did an amazing job. He got back to me quickly and ordered the parts that were needed. He got my front bumper and lip replaced in a timely fashion. The cherry on top was that Blue chip deep cleaned my interior and the exterior of my car. I couldn't be any happier. Thank you Darryl and Richard. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an auto body repair. Darryl helped me throughout the whole process and kept me updated what was going to happen.

Blue Chip was great and easy to deal with. Darryl helped me out after my car was dinged up a few times sitting in street parking. From coordinating my dual insurance with ICBC and Family, they took care of ordering parts, arranging a rental car (Enterprise), etc. They even cleaned the dash and vacuumed inside which was a nice touch.Would definitely recommend. Only negative would be their hours which are not very conducive to 9-5 workers.

Had a Icbc claim and I took my car second time and paint job wasn’t good I have cowl hood they sprayed the paint to much on the cowl left bumps I wasn’t satisfied and I asked for a courtesy car, first they yes said when I got there , they asked me to get a car under enterprise
