The Career Foundation

Career Foundation has assisted in hiring of employees for our small business for almost 2 years. They have been an invaluable resource and more than half our team members now come through Career Foundation. In particular, Natalia T has been fantastic to work with. She is equally balanced in helping the employers and the candidates in finding a good fit. As a small business, we sometimes need to move quickly and have to have a direct relationship with employment agency to find candidates with the right fit. Natalia has always been extremely responsive and accessible when we have a role to fill, and is also diligent in ensuring that a new employee is setup for success when they first start their employment with us. Outside of our own efforts to recruit, The Career Foundation is the only agency we trust for any roles we need to fill.

The Career Foundations is the best resource to enroll yourself in. Ive completed the Complete the Circle Program, they've helped me with personal development/growth, resume writing, job seeking and job readiness. They've helped in every way and also financially to achieve my Ontario Security Guard License, and find work while studying.The staff go above and beyond to help each individual reach their max potential.I had the pleasure of working with Urooba, and Deepa whom are very dedicated and the perfect people for their jobs! I couldnt have been more lucky that I found them.
