Great employees little above average prices but overall great experience dealing with this company

The staff at United Floors were super helpful and honest in guiding us through our options and picking out the product we needed. they were prompt in answering our questions and making sure we were taken care of. The removal and installation team were also reliable and efficient and before we knew it, our old dirty carpet was replaced by excellent new luxury vinyl. I hesitated between 4 and 5 stars because the main installer seemed like he really didn't want to be there and left a mess behind, but we were completely satisfied by every other aspect of our experience, especially with Wyatt, Rod and Brad.

Laura and Larry have given us exceptional service in our various requirements for flooring, carpeting, and countertops. Highly recommended!

The crew here is always the best, Dave is the best installer in town

Wouldn't recommend this place at all . First they talked my clients into the flooring because they said they can have made stair nosing made out of it . So they wouldn't need metal stair nosing. OK $6600. Later and a month and a half wait. Flooring finally comes in and a lady calls and is real rude asking when we are going to pick up the Flooring. So we pick up the flooring and they short us 15 boxes almost 400sqf call and ask and Larry new but didn't say anything to us that there was more . Was he going to sale it to someone else. Double his money . Then go to install stair nosing the reson the bought the flooring and they are all to small they are 1 inch thick when everyone knows since 1964 a 2 x4 is 1.5 x3.5 go to ask larry what he can do and says not his problem he didn't measure the stairs. Nothing we can do for you. There's some world class service. Don't waste your time with them they won't stand buy there products or there work

United Floors installed vinyl plank flooring in our basement and did awesome baseboard work. Very reliable and friendly company to work with and they are local!! I highly recommend United Floors!
