Nice guys , but they’ll said everything is fine all the time. I knew they were two windows whit problems, the owner told me he was going to fix and they even didn’t notice it. When they were done , I ask about it , the owner of the house laughed at them. They didn’t know what to said so they laughed too.Again, nice guys but they don’t know what they are doing.

WOW! a great way to sum it up! what a cute, hard working, fun duo! very throughouh inspection and such lovely people! very detailed report and they showed us so many things and gave us so many pointers throughout the inspection! highly recommend them!

We were pleased with how the inspection report was very well detailed and explained all problems pertaining to the home. All our questions were answered during the inspection and he took the time to make us understand the issues. Links were included within the report to easily clarify, define & expand on the issues. The use of proper inspection tools & well-defined photographs depicted all short- & long-term concerns, which helped expand our overall view for the future.Both summarized & detailed entries gave us a clearer picture of what lied ahead & at the same time gave us peace of mind, as first-time home buyers, to make a much more informed decision with accepting or foregoing the home.We strongly recommend Sheldon's expertise in the field. His professionalism when dealing with the real estate agents, homeowners & us as home-buyers, is testament of being a true seasoned veteran in the industry.

Friendly inspectors and happy to explain what they are checking and how. However, they are too focused on taking pictures for their report and not enough on thoroughly assessing what is in front of them. They completely missed a couple of issues with our house and are not willing to take accountability for it, even though there is photographic evidence of these issues documented in their OWN report and they have it marked as OK

Very helpful with the inspection process and took the time to teach me a few things. Good and clear report.Would definitely use them again.

I have a used Sheldon and Steve a few times.They are extremely professional and their inspection reports are very well detailed.

I have bought several homes in the US and used home inspectors each time. None of them were as thorough as Sheldon nor as personable. The inspection was thorough, efficient, and report was produced in a timely manner. This is an inspector that will definitely take the time to explain to the purchaser about issues found.

this inspector dont know his job ! he told everythig is fine in the house once i bought i had to put 35k for renovation their were alot of thing he didnt check he is so lazy i cant believe plus he charge m3 600$
