Nulook Beauty & Medi Spa Markham

Nulook Beauty and Medi Spa is one of my favorite places to go to whenever I want to do my eyebrows and hair! I love how the staff members are so friendly and welcoming! Nulook Beauty and Medi Spa by far has the best service yet and whenever i go there, the staff members always make me feel comfortable and relaxed. This spa is very organized, neat and hygienic, which can be rarely seen in many spas these days. I've been to Nulook many times I still go, which shows that I love it very much and they do a great job with satisfying me! I recommend this place to everyone!

Honestly Nulook is the most organized spa I have ever visited. One of the reasons I love it is, because it's so neat and tidy. Also the soothing atmosphere they create in the facial or massage room leaves me with fresh mind and body. These guys have wonderful staff too. They are so gentle even with the treatments like laser and waxing, helps me to not even realize that I feel any pain. I am really thankful for this concern because it hurts me a lot. Beyond these, they have a good skill level of threading and hair styles. This talent is not an easy one, yet my eyebrows are always on point everytime I get them done. In short, Nulook Beauty and Medi Spa is a perfect place to visit for all our body treatments as they do almost everything and most of all they are trustworthy and friendly.

10/10 would recommend this place! The staff is very professional and try to offer the best client experience possible! I went to get my facial and waxing done and the lady was very gentle and caring. The spa itself is very clean and tidy and i really enjoyed my experience.

DO NOT GO HERE!! all the good reviews are fake because they offer discounts for good reviews!!!! The quality and service is disgusting. I got waxing done here and I left bloody and burnt. They are not clean. The room is dusty and dirty. The BUTTER KNIFE they use to mix the wax is filthy. She used cold wax on me because she didnt warm it up when I already waited 20 minutes for my appointment, which I arrived on time for. This place needs to be inspected! They will get shut down immediately. They charged me extra for something that is supposed to be included in the service (no price transparency) over all the most terrible place you can go to for any service. Save your money and save yourself from the pain (and possible infection). Go somewhere else!

The experiences I have had at Nulook Beauty & Medi Spa have been nothing but amazing. Whether you want to relax and release all stress from a tiring day, or simply just need a makeover, Nulook is the place for you. They have fantastic customer service with such friendly, and caring employees. Everyone is so welcoming that you feel right at home. I have been to many different spas before, but nothing compares to Nulook. Everything is so organized and clean, ensuring that every customer has a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend Nulook Beauty & Medi Spa for anyone and everyone looking for a positive spa experience.

So unprofessional. Last time I came here for a wax the lady burned my skin with the wax because she didn’t know the proper techniques and seemed like she never waxxed someone before. Then i went again for eyebrow threading/waxing and again the same lady had no idea what she was doing, i really don’t think she is trained in any of this. Such terrible service but they charge so much, will not be coming back here that’s for sure.

This is one of my favourite spa's. They have amazing services, friendly and welcoming workers. Relaxing music and gives amazing advice to customers when needed. I got my peek-a-boos done at this spa and was very happy with the results. in fact i was beyond happy with the results because It turned out exactly how i wanted it to be. This spa is defiantly worth going to, because i guarantee that it will be your #1 choice too.

All biased aside as Nulook is my families business since before I was born, I highly recommend this medi spa. I definitely continue to be pampered head to toe, and all my experiences with the employees/services are above par each visit. I especially could not be happier with the results from my laser treatments. The staff are knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I can not wait to start our latest medical aesthetic treatments such as skin resurfacing, cellulite reduction treatments, medical-grade facials and so much more.
