The staff here is the best!!!! I am planning a destination wedding, and after countless emails, drop ins, and false hopes of many other travel agencies I have dealt with, I stumbled across these guys! From the second I spoke to the staff ALL of the ladies were so kind, compassionate and caring. They lead me to a woman named Casey (which they said would be the best fit for me to work with for my planning) and boy were they right!!!! Casey has been by far the best TA out there! She has turned my worries, stresses and headaches into a pleasant experience! We have not yet picked a spot, because I am so indecisive. But needless to say Casey does not give up. She is so quick with quotes, questions and concerns. Wedding planning is stressful, if you want it stress free deal with this place!I cant thank her team and mainly her enough for all of the help this far!

Wow, Debbie is fantastic!!! We contacted Debbie with a tough request, 11 people to a specific resort with specific flight times and yes, only 2 weeks from desired departure.Debbie worked hard, multiple hours and a couple late nights to make it happen, we got exactly what we wanted and even saved a little bit of money. Such an amazing trip, thanks again !

I booked our cruise last year with Casey and she was super helpful and patient. She also got us on board credit and a terrific price and never lost her patience with all my emails, calls and questions. Great customer service. We are booking an all inclusive through this centre for the Dominican this March as we were so impressed.
