WORST PHONE REPAIRER EVER! I got my IPhone XR’s screen replaced here about 3 weeks ago. Yesterday, my phone randomly blacked out and became unresponsive. This has never happened before so I took it back. They told me I need to pay them again for a new screen!?? But I literally just got it replaced 3 weeks ago at this store? My last screen replacement literally lasted me 2 years. They kept blaming me and saying that I did something that caused the problem, but I’ve been very careful with this phone and I’ve never had these problems before I got my screen replaced at this store. The staff was disrespectful and rude too. There are so many better stores in the mall than this one, so avoid this one at all cost!

Terrible customer service. Poor repair quality. Avoid this shop at all cost

Brought my phone here to get the screen repaired. Got it back with the colour of my display messed up. It was fine before. Women working up front was unhelpful when I went back about the issue. Do not go here.

I brought my Apple Watch in for repairs the associate said we’ll call you so 48 hours later she called me and they told me the watch is fixed I pick up the watch nothing is fixed terrible customer service

Respectful staff, run by 2 people. Good prices and quick service but my screen randomly popped under 2 weeks. Bypassed the whole screen protector and it was in my pocket when it cracked. They can’t help me.

Had my iPad screen replace Paid $170. In less than a month gone bad. They told me they cannot do anything, I have to pay again. Robbery

I decided to go here to repair my screen and bits of glass were falling off. The repair took 30 mins tops and they added a plastic screen protector on my phone. The price for the repair depends on the type of phone you have, overall I had a good experience here. Keep in mind using debit/credit has tax so bring cash if you can. This is a place to consider phone repairs at p-mall.

Came in to do a battery replacement for my iPad since it was getting older. Not as nice looking as other stores but they had a reasonable price and turnaround time. Also, the customer service was good.After using it with the new battery it hasn't improved much. Yes, it's better by giving me an extra hour of screen time but not enough to justify the cost. Now after a few months of regular use my iPad shuts down when the battery hits around 30%. Not sure if it is related to the battery change but most likely.Not really happy that after 6 months of changing the battery I have to buy a new iPad anyway.Edit: Last ditch effort, I wiped the iPad and cleared/reset all data. Still no improvement and shuts off after battery hits around 30%.
