Water Street Obstetrics & Gynecology

Had to make sure I leave a 5 star review for this OBGYN clinic. Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The secretaries are so kind and informative, Dr. Emma Pollard and her associate doctor were such a pleasure to do deal with. The clinic also made sure to follow up with us for our follow up appointment. Not enough good can be said about this facility. It's also sooooo clean! Phenomenal. Thank you all again for taking care of us!

Dr. Mendlowitz and the clinic staff are incredible!Dr. Mendlowitz was recommended to me due to my rare Vulvar Crohn’s disease and has been an incredible addition to my team of specialists. She is very knowledgeable, comforting, and personable - I really can’t say enough about her!I consider myself very lucky to have her on my side, and would 100% recommend her and Water St. Obstetrics & Gynecology.

The receptionist is incompetent, blamed me for her sending the wrong paperwork. Had to reschedule my appointment two weeks out due to her error. Extremely unsettling as I am pregnant with complications and due in a month..My referral was sent over and I had to reach out to them to get the appointment booked, when booking the receptionist informed me that there was intake forms that needed to be filled out and said that she would email them to me, if I did not have the forms filled out I needed to arrive to my appointment 20mins early. I filled the forms out, sent them back to her, and noted that the forms she attached were the same.I arrived 2 minutes late to my appointment and waited for the receptionist to finish her conversation with another patient about the weather back home, this added to my arrival time. When she greeted me I gave her the forms (that she sent me) as she said she did not receive them and was informed that they were the wrong ones. Due to this error I was not able to see the doctor and was told I needed to reschedule as there would not be enough time for me to fill out the forms. Seem pretty unfair seeing as how this was not my error. Filled out the proper forms within a few minutes but still was not offered to have the dr see me..
