Air Central

Had a Reznor garage heating unit installed. All aspects of the service, installation and interactions with the office were beyond my expectations. Everyone was great as well as the price. The installation was completed with a high degree of quality and workmanship and the outcome speaks for itself. Going the extra mile to complete a professional installation includes hiding piping and electrical to look professional, no matter the extra work involved, closing off openings with escutcheons and sealing everything correctly with silicon. Finding the studs ahead of time, proper planning leads to a professional look. The piping and electrical all tied together to look as one, perfectly situated, square and level. Built to code. Tim does excellent work and prides himself on it. I didn't tell them but I am a retired boiler, pressure equipment, pressure piping and refinery in-service inspector with 34 years experience in new construction, repairs, alterations and in-service integrity management. I have never seen this nice of work in the commercial industry. Well done all, thanks for an excellent installation. This is simply the best.

Very pleased with the process throughout and the install of our new garage heater. Shannen was able to provide a quote over email. I just had to answer some simple questions and send in some photos for her to verify the installation was possible. She explained the 2 options to me and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I decided to go with the Reznor for $200 more since it has better warranty. Quote was $500 less AND for a unit that was 10,000 BTU more than the competitor's unit (also a Reznor).On the date of the installation, the 2 gentlemen arrived exactly on time (email reminder was sent out the day before). They were polite and friendly. After everything was done, Tim walked me through and gave me a quick and simple explanation of how to operate it. He even accommodated my request to shift the mounting location for me to install future shelving. No mess was left behind. You can see from my photos that it was a clean install, and everything is nicely held in place with brackets and ziptied.Can't wait to turn it on this winter.

Terrific install by the crew. They did an amazing job and it’s the minor things like a panel for the hoses against the siding instead of just a hole and some spray foam. Also price wise they beat all the other quotes I got.

I got quotes from 5 different companies, but not only did they come in as the most competitive but they also didn't try to upsell me on options I didn't need like some other companies. They were super quick at getting back to me with questions, and even did my quote over email so I didn't need to take time out of my day for a salesperson to come by.The work they did was very clean, quick, and professional - everyone here for the install was fantastic.I'd already heard they were good, and now I'll be recommending them to all my friends and family!

For garage heaters, I went with a Reznor unit versus a comparable Lennox heater as I've heard that replacement parts are cheaper for them. Air Central was my choice as they offered a Reznor unit installed at the best price I could find and they had photos of their clean professional installs. The technicians were professional and courteous and their install matched that of the photos I saw on their website. I'm a satisfied customer that wouldn't hesitate to recommend Air Central to any of my friends or neighbors!

My wife and I first used Air Central to have our central air installed this past March. We were totally satisfied with the install team. Tim and his crew are a pleasure to deal with. All were extremely professional. You would not even know they were there to install the A/C or the furnace, the way they cleaned up from their work. When we need to get a new furnace, it was a easy choice who to go with. All the staff are extremely helpful in the whole process. Whether it was the office staff that provided the quote and the install date, to again Tim and his crew, the service was outstanding and they really go above and beyond to ensure that they provide outstanding service. Highly recommend Air Central for any of your heating or cooling needs.

Had a few quotes to get a furnace/ac/hot water tank installed in my home just outside Onoway. This company by far stood out from all the rest. Had called several places from the city who would not even travel out this far to do work. After meeting with Tim and Shannon at the Edmonton renovation show, I went Home, took a few very simple measurements, and a couple of pictures, and emailed them to Shannen. After only a few minuets she got back to me with a quote. No taking time off work on a weekday to meet with an installer as I allready did with a few other places. Their quote was accurate as they priced me for the same size furnace and a/c as the other guys did, but for a price that was easier on the pocket book...and that was before their show sale and multiple item discount offer was factored in. Tim also did not shy away from installing a chimney liner for me, as other installers did, because my house is an A-frame and the roof pitch is at least 18/12, ontop of it being the dead of winter. Thus allowing me to continue using an atmospheric water heater as opposed to the pricier power vented water heater. Tim showed up on time, was super polite, honest and informative, and I feel that he treated my home just as well as he would his own. Laid out blankets to protect the floors and plywood runners outside to prevent bringing snow inside. Cleaned up, vacuumed and put away everything on both days of the install, inside and outside. Tim even took the time to fabricate a document holder out of sheet metal to keep all my manuals together. Very clean, neat and tidy install too. The furnace is now the nicest looking thing in my basement. All in all couldn't be happier. Would recommend them to anyone. If you are looking for a top notch installer who pays attention to even the smallest of details and offers VERY competitive pricing with easy financing options...just look for the Yeti and Air Central will help you out. Amazing company! I recently had new furnaces, AC and hot water tank installed. So happy with my experience from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate recommend them to anyone.
