I have hired Everett Construction to perform several small inside jobs. All well done within the expected time limit and budget.. Recently I decided both my fence and deck needed replacing. Hayden is a dream contractor. Polite, informative, full of suggestions and had a vision for my yard I could not have imagined. Beautiful new deck, trees and bushes surrounding the pool, a pond and waterfall and a gorgeous flagstone walkway and extremely tasteful lighting high-lighting the pool and waterfall. He transformed my yard into a peaceful, beautiful haven that resembles a a photo from a decorating magazine. During the construction he kept me informed of his schedule for the week, stayed within the budget and his cleanup was prompt. I valued his knowledge which he was more than willing to share. I have hired him to redo the flooring in my rec room in January. He is an honest, hard-working, youngman. I wish him all the success he deserves.

Talk about ABOVE and BEYOND!Hayden and his team did a backyard makeover for us. Specifically, we wanted a big new deck with a hot tub. My husband and I have been putting this project off because it seemed overwhelming but Hayden and his team took care of EVERYTHING... including calling the electrician for us to get our hot tub setup.We are so pleased with the outcome and the experience - above and beyond our expectations. They delivered on time, were organized, never left a mess, and always had time to answer my questions. He even called me a week after to see how everything was.Would definitely recommend calling Everett Construction if you want quality work done by a team who actually cares about their customers!

We used Everett Construction to replace our front stairs and we couldn't be happier with the work Hayden and his team provided for us. Hayden went over every aspect of the process for us and every day we got a summary of the work that had been done (including photos). We encountered some issues during the process that resulted in a last second change of design and Hayden was able to pivot and help us come up with a solution that worked so well. The completed project was impeccably executed and looks better than I ever could have expected. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Everett Construction to anyone as they went above and beyond my expectations in every way. Thank you Hayden & Everett Construction! Everett Construction created a beautiful herringbone patio and raised back garden to create the foundation for a beautiful shade garden (now that a corkscrew willow completely overtook the airspace over the backyard)! Hayden and his team are true professionals. They accurately assessed, priced and scheduled the work. Each day they communicated their progress, the look-ahead, and outlined any questions or concerns. Their attention to detail for this rather small project is astonishing. We recommend them without question for your project.

We hired Hayden to do a complete backyard overhaul and we're so happy with the outcome! He kept us close every step of the way to ensure we were aligned with every detail. The project included demo, building a custom shed, reconfiguring the deck, installing a basement window, resurfacing the fences, installing interlock and artificial grass. He is big on ensuring everything is structurally sound and done to code. He very thoughtful in his approach and doesn't rush just to move onto the next job. Love that he is super familiar with the East York area and older homes.

We hired Hayden to enclose a room in our house and build two closets. From start to finish, we were very impressed with Hayden's professionalism, communication, honesty, and workmanship. He was flexible with our requests and very responsive to all our questions along the way. We will definitely be hiring Hayden again for future projects.
