A great store with a lot to offer. Tons of games and puzzles, plenty of toys and craft projects including a lot of educational things.The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly. They go out of their way to help you and they are knowledgeable enough about their inventory to make helpful suggestions.A wonderful experience every time.

Really cool layout. Staff were all very kind and willing to help to the best of their abilities. I loved the wrapping paper for Christmas and they did a great job. Definitely a unique toy store where you'll be able to find lots of toys or puzzles for the children in your life

I’m not the kind of person who enjoys shopping, but I love shopping at mastermind. There’s something about this place that is very special. Loads of toys and games for the kids that are not only fun, but educational.Rather than the typical mass produced items you’d find in big box toy stores, you can tell mastermind puts a lot of thought and consideration into what they bring in.The staff here are fantastic, always helpful and friendly. Plus, free gift wrapping!The missus and I usually hit this place first before going anywhere else and never leave disappointed. Usually we see something we hadn’t thought of that turns out to be a better option.They even have board games and puzzles for us grown ups. If you’re a kid at heart, you’ll love this place.

This store is small but better than Toys R Us when it comes to overall cost and selection. The atmosphere is cozier as the yellow lighting gives the store a very warm feel. The ceiling is also not so high as to make it feel like a warehouse. The staff also are friendly and helpful. Toys should encourage family togetherness and learning and I feel that everything about this store encouraged that.

Great toy store for those who lives or in the north side of the city in the Hyde Park area of London, Ontario. They have some unique toys that is hard to find or discontinued. They have some cool LEGO sets and many other things to say about. Come here, if you want to find rare toys. I would come here for the LEGO sets from different themes. It is good for me to come here since I often in this area and the nearest toy store to be in. It is not so busy on a regular weekdays besides the holidays. I will eventually visit back and get a LEGO sets. They also have some toys from Europe that is not easy to find in Canada. It is my next stop for toys next time. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Will be back soon.

It's one of my favorite places to take my kids. They carry toys that get them learning life skills as they play. For example, you can purchase a v8 replica engine to build, or you can build a bionic hand. Now that's just cool!

Visted first time & totally amazed, not only with collection, discounts & promotions but with the customer service too. Packing gifts free of cost during Christmas & New Year is a cherry on the top (not sure if they do it all year round). Higly recommended
