Dated rooms.. caretaker wasn't super friendly. Place was clean though.. definitely not worth $140 a night.

Quaint little spot which is situated in a nice part of lytton has this motel the first choice when I come visit. Hot water is my only complaint as in the morning it seems like the hot water might be shared with other units perhaps? Had a shower in the evening and seemed to last a lot longer.Full kitchenette, cable TV, single bathroom, and great double bedroom was just what I needed for three nights.Helpful staff and close to lots of local amenities such as food, liquor store, bar, grocery, and sight seeing. Thank you for everything and see you again.

It has potential but the carpet is old indoor outdoor and was wet. Dim lights with fuzzy curtains and 1960’s decor. The trim, doors and woodwork was dirty with red/yellow stains on the bathroom ceiling. Pink tub, toilet and sink, with handwritten signs on the walls. Nice view even with the trains. With a concerted renovation and a half interested manager, this could be a nice place.

very peaceful and relaxing and the view of the fraser canyon was breathtaking.. It is nice to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.We will be returning very soon!! The management was very pleasant and the cottages were spotless.

Clean, quiet. There are train's but they are over the embankment and not to noticable. We would stay here again

Love it here, our room has a full bathroom, mini kitchen, 2 beds, tv and wifi. Parking spot on the side the side of the room.

Pretty basic, but what do you expect in a place like this. Close to the river so you can sit on the grass and enjoy that.

Friendly and welcoming, rooms are a bit dated but good. Spacious and clean, great location. And like everywhere in Lytton its a bit loud when the trains roll by.
