UrbanMop - Cleaning Services Ottawa

We had the best experience with a deep clean service by Godwin. We were a bit unsure since we never used Urban Mop before. But we were blown away by the cleaning....he was punctual, detail oriented and went the extra mile in his cleaning. Will definitely book again!

I will never use urban mop cleaning service anymore and I will never make the mistake of recommending them to somebody else. I paid for detailed deep cleaning but I didn’t get even the standard cleaning. They sent me 1 cleaner for a 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms house. I barely got 5% of my expectations. I regret my money and my time . They don’t even mop the house or detail cleaning even though you pay for it. I am very disappointed and I am deceived.

Did a great job, worked really hard. Did a great job on my upstairs but ran out of time with the downstairs. But my upstairs looks fantastic and the main floor is really good.

The cleaner arrived on time. She was 'mostly' cooperative. She let us know when she needed help to move the kitchen appliances.The quality of work was acceptable. I would not rate the quality as excellent as she missed a few spots which was communicted to her specifically. But it was 'close to good' for the most part.On the other hand the time spent on toilet cleaning was significantly longer than it should. The cleaning quality was 'okay'. Time taken to clean could not be justified with the end result.She went over three and a half hours which should not happen given the work load.Overall quality: Acceptable / SatisfactoryWould recommend to others: YesWould I use the service again: YesValue for money: No

It was food experience. Oskugo is a hard worker. He did all the tasks requested in an efficient and effective manner. He was pleasant to deal with.

Ruth was on time and was very professional with her interactions with me. She did an excellent job in cleaning my stove, it almost looks new now. I was pleased with the rest of the kitchen as well. She did a thorough job with bathrooms and floors.I would recommend to friends if they ever require a good cleaning.Thanks

Had 1 cleaner that was fantastic for a while. Once they weren't being scheduled for our place, the following 2-3 months was an absolute nightmare.Most weeks, the cleaner couldn't meet their 1 hour window of arrival and were never apologetic about being late.Customer service from the cleaners is non-existant, had 1 cleaner have to sit in my house for 45 mins after finishing until his wife could pick him up.The quality of the cleaning job was questionable at best. When contacting customer service, very little was ever solved as they didn't seem to have any control of the sub-contractors doing the cleaning

We had great house cleaning service from UrbanMop, in Kanata. Claudia was on time, very efficient and so friendly (even our shy cat loved her). The cleaner supplied her own products and vacuum cleaner. The products used worked very well and left no streaks or nasty smells. We are looking forward to a long lasting business relationship with UrbanMop cleaning services and, hopefully, Claudia.

Cleaner was punctual, took the time to ask what needed to be done. The cleaner did a great job, everything was spic and span. Overall we were very happy with the work. Will use service again.

Best home cleaner I've ever had! Paid attention to detail so result was very much appreciated. Cleaned just like I would! Very pleasant young lady. Stayed focused and made good use of her time in our home. Hopefully we will have a long lasting relationship!
