I feel heard when the doctors and techs ask about my animals. I trust them with their care. I do not feel like they are putting any interest ahead of my animals welfare. They are sensitive and understanding of the financial realities of animal care.

We originally reached out to Trillium Lakes Animal Hospital as no Vet in Huntsville was taking new patients. Even if we got a vet in Huntsville I'd never change. All the staff are phenomenal! In 20+ years as a dog owner I can't recommend this Animal Hospital enough. For us it's worth the drive! Caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and empathathic staff. If you need a vet call Trillium! I wish I could give them more stars. 5 out of 5 isn't enough!

Called on march16th/23 about my cat who was having bowl problem needed some professional help.Phoned office got answering machine? Left detailed message. Phone call returned 1 1/2 hours later.Person asked me for more info.They said would talk to Vet and return call yeah great. 1 1/2 hours later call returned yeah. Told they could not see cat they were all booked up.Suggested to call spca in Barrie! Not hearing to much compassion.

Dr Robyn and her team have always been so great with both my dogs. She was always the most informative & helpful vet I dealt with at Centennial animal hospital. As well as Dr Degen, which is why I was so happy to see them open their own clinic together, very happy with the genuine care they provide for our pets

Beautiful new facility, easily accessible. Staff are wonderful, very knowledgeable and always patient with my nervous dog. They take time to answer questions and offer amazing support. Best vets and vet techs in Muskoka!

Our 2 kittens have been patients of Dr Degen at Trillium Lakes since Nov 2022. Dr Degen and her entire staff are personable, compassionate and always provide just the right advice. We feel very fortunate to have Trillium Lakes Animal Hospital in Bracebridge and highly recommend Dr Degen for high quality veterinary services.

I simply can't say enough good things about this place. The staff, the hands on assessments, blood work, calls to see how our boy was doing etc- I'm overwhelmed by the level of care he received, and the prices are reasonable. These people are truly amazing!
