NIGHTMARE!!! Do not be bamboozled by the high-end facade this dealership hides behind. The level of service is below sub-par and echoes what many other FFUN customers have reported from their own terrible experiences. I received my 2023 GV70 in June and immediately noticed a few glitches. After MULTIPLE visits and being told the techs “couldn’t replicate the issue” I gave them one last shot to repair. When I picked up my vehicle it had MULTIPLE scratches and a greasy film on the exterior that were NOT there prior to drop off AND the issue had not been resolved again, as promised it had been. First new vehicle I have ever owned and have never regretted a purchase more. Run far away from any and all FFUN dealerships. Let my horror be your helping hand to make a better decision than I did.
