02/24 UPDATE: Refund received! I updated from 1 star to 2 only because I received the refund and only that reason. I did not appreciate the guilt trip that I received after they viewed my review. But heck it worked as I am here updating my review :/BEWARE! READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I WISH I HAD! They have a brilliant sales team that will say everything you want to hear. We already had an established business on Amazon and just wanted to ramp up a bit. They changed everything, photos verbiage etc. The verbiage to something that sounded like it was google translated or like a 3rd grader wrote it.. Our sales actually declined dramatically. Not to mention they never hit any deadlines or provided us with the detailed reports as promised. And they started charging commission but failed to provide reason! They promised refund for almost a month. Still waiting... Now we have to figure out a way to get everything back to its original state, which has not been easy and will cost more for sure... Meanwhile we are still losing money. This has been a terrible experience Proceed at your own risk, if you do proceed... Use American Express, document everything in email and apparently ask for their A+ team since that was only offered only after I posted this review. Apparently I got the F- team on my account.. We were at the point of panic as our 3-person business was growing, and we were not wanting the complexities of hiring more staff. Seller Interactive was the perfect fit to take over many of my roles so that I could focus on other areas, including my family and even free time. We got off to a rocky start seeing a steep decline in sales, but within 4 months things started really taking off. Vanessa, our exceptional account manager has so much insight into how Amazon works. She is a delight to work with, providing regular updates on how our account is performing and always clears with me any listing changes before proceeding. The listing ideas, wording, images, etc. are really creative and effective. She and her team manage our 9 Amazon countries very capably concerning all things for growth, always protecting the “bottom line”. I must say that it was helpful that I had most everything in place for them to take to the next levels. Overall, our experience with them has been great and I highly recommend SI to anyone who’s just starting or wanting to scale their business.

Seller Interactive have been a game changer in creating much better quality ecommerce images/Amazon listing images/A+ for me. Having such professionally designed images has really increased our listings quality which has increased the value of our business.Thank you Seller Interactive!

We have been working with Seller Interactive for 9 months now, and are especially pleased with the performance of our ad management team -- the reduction in wasteful spending, our improved ROI, significant decrease in TACoS and the ability of our ad manager to create or adjust campaigns for promotions we are running.Other reviewers have mentioned that account set-up was delayed when they signed up, or that they experienced a sales dip early on. We also experienced a slow onboarding process, but in their defense, Seller Interactive did outline this upfront in their onboarding documents. Expect 4-6 months to really get your account switched over --- SI will migrate good ad campaigns over to their system and slowly phase out the old ones. It just takes time before you see the results, so plan accordingly.The art team is lightening fast and can give your listings the face lift they need. The copywriting team is adequate but generic, however, so plan on providing lots of marketing direction or writing the copy yourself. This would be my only critique of the service -- we have had to provide all copy ourselves.As a brand that has been on Amazon for over 10 years, and is selling into a few highly competitive categories, we have used several Amazon Marketing firms in the past, and would recommend Seller Interactive based on the supportive customer service and improved metrics we have experienced with them.

Alexis Miguel Dela Roca has been a superior account manager. He takes into consideration the concerns of the business owner, and works to create positive solutions to challenges. He has focused on the priorities that I have as an owner, which can be different than what an account manager might focus on. He understands that my business profitability is more important than simply more sales. I appreciate working with him, and would recommend him for helping with your Amazon business challenges.

We hired SI for Sales Growth, Listing Optimization, Imaging. A costly affair we engaged to see the growth what they tell in their presentation. Imaging was nice, but they FAILED to show any growth in Sales. In fact it was negative from what I personally managed. Ineffective advertisements. Plus the drain in expenses around $12K. The Director - Alex, does not respond to emails after signing up. After 6 months, all they said was an apology that they could not grow the store sales. NOT worth to hire Seller Interactive.
