Mike was amazing. He has no attachment to the sale, so he will truly tell you everything that is wrong with your house. He gave us a very detailed and professional report which helped us in negotiations with the sellers as well as gave us information to predict future costs. Overall, we feel very confident in the purchase of our new home because of his expertise and will recommend him in the future to our family and friends.

Mike is a very honest, good-humoured and thorough inspector and provided an unbiased assessment of a house we were looking to buy. Mike is a very professional and knowledgeable home inspector. We made an appointment with mike to do a pre-purchase inspection. We arrived a few minutes late to the inspection and Mike was already on the roof. He took his time and checked everything he could from the roof, exterior and foundation, electrical, heating, and plumbing. He answered all of our questions and gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision about the purchase of our home. A detailed report with pictures was sent the same night of the inspection. We highly recommend Buyer's Edge to anyone looking for a home inspection.

I called Mike after he was recommended by another home inspector. The inspection was on a new build in advance of the one year warranty service call. Mike was professional and very knowledgeable. All systems were thoroughly inspected and he pointed out several deficiencies that I had overlooked. I especially liked Mikes report that referenced specific sections of the building code and or new home warranty program for each deficiency found. I believe the inspection and report was money well spent and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Buyers Edge Home Inspection Services.
