After corresponding by messenger about the Mini Cooper Countryman for more than a week, my son and partner attended the dealer on a cold and rainy evening and not provided with any service. Asim did not assist with the car in anyway, and did not unlock the vehicle for them to view. When I messaged him about it he initially denied they attended but after attaching a video of the car my partner took he acknowledged they were there. He said he believed they could help themselves even though he didn’t unlock the car or offer any details or a test drive of the vehicle. Given the other comments here he either had a terrible day or racially profiled my family. Unfortunately his response seems not concerned as he said “sorry for wasting your valuable time”.No other details or context. I will not be returning here.

Bought a 2010 Infiniti G37X Sedan from them in late February. I had both a PPI, and test drive, done on the vehicle, and I was impressed. I made sure to hold off from reviewing it until I drove the car over a few weeks to make sure there weren't any issues. I also took it to my mechanic to get it checked out again, and everything came back fine. If there's anything I would fault them for, it is that the PPI took longer than expected. But inconsequential overall, and not enough to damper my experience.They also threw in an additional warranty, free of charge. I would recommend this place. At no time did the owner make me feel pressured, and he was cordial with me and my wife, answering questions (And we had plenty). Also, he allowed me to test drive the car for as long as I liked, without his presence. Truly awesome experience.

Ended up at Motor Valley as it was the best deal for the GLK 350 I could find after comparing with a few other dealerships. Was super impressed with the interior for an older car. Minor scratches on the exterior which they touched up for me before delivery.Very accommodating no pressure service while I was there. Test drive was a breeze. Answered all of my questions.When I found out the 2 year warranty had a max claim of 1000$ I was disappointed as powertrain issues are costly. But no other place was offering a warranty so I saw it more of an added bonus. Still was a great deal even without the warranty.Been driving it for the past few days now and the car is as smooth as butter. Experienced minor electrical issues with the 12V power outlet after delivery, but they offered to fix it for me.Overall Amazing customer service ! Would purchase again and recommend my friends to Motor Valley.

Excellent experience at Motor Valley. Aasam is very friendly, honest, and helpful. I went in to purchase a Tesla. He was very knowledgeable and open, making the process easy.

I checked the reviews here and confirm some negative reviews. I bought a certificate car and it came with several problems. I asked if there would be any problems with the chosen car because 1 week later my baby would be born. and the seller said, the car is certified and you won't have a problem, I spent almost 3 weeks with the car vibrating because of the tires, it was torture, he said he would pay for balancing and I ended up paying. I needed to change the tires on which he would refund me and he didn't pay the full amount. I have problems putting gas in the car, I told him and he replied that it was because of the cold weather. remembering that I have a newborn and no time to complain all the time. When I talked about the problem with the air conditioning and hot air, he asked to speak with the guarantee I hired, I've had the car for 2 months and he said it's great and certified and I'm still having problems. I have text and email messages about it and the camera he has in the shop shows him doing a refund check for less than the tires that were his problem. And I see that he responds to the negative reviews that the person is saying about the store.I didn't like the post purchase about the problems he said everything was ok.I live far from the store and spent time and gas going to complain, unfortunately I only read the good comments and forgot to see the bad ones. remember to check the negative reviews too.
