Coast Appliances - Calgary North

Coast offers great appliances. They have difficulty delivering, however and the communication is extremely poor. Not being able to deliver, combined with poor communication, creates a highly stressful situation for clients.Our sales person, Harsh, consistently fails to return phone calls. It has been over six weeks since we’ve heard from him, and we still have no knowledge of when our fridge will be delivered. Coast gave us a loaner fridge, which is very low end although it works.Communication and the ability to deliver on a sales contract is absolutely critical. Covid is over, supply chains have improved, the store still advertised as having these products, but does not deliver.

I was shopping online for a slide in gas range, found one we liked and Coast carried it. I meet Kory at the NE Calgary location and he was great to deal with. Showed me the model, beat all the competitors price and wrapped up the sale quickly and professionally. Great experience!

Very friendly and attentive staff, did not felt like I was jumped on as soon as I entered the store. The associate was patient with me and my million questions over dishwashers. Only downfall was that they had 0 stock of any dishwasher under $2,300. Incoming Stock had an ETA guesstimate anywhere from 1 week to a month.Also looked in their as-is/clearance section.. it was bad - many appliances in there were not discounted (or discounted very little) from the same model on the floor especially with the amount of damage they had. Missing button panels, missing handles, huge scratches and dents across the front. Missing an entire dish rack, etc.We bought our washer and dryer here and love it but unfortunate couldn’t find an in-stock dishwasher and had to purchase elsewhere.Would I go back? Yes but I hope they sort out their clearance section as well as their stocking issues.

Kory was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all the questions we had during the process. And the delivery came when they said they would be there. Great experience and I will definitely shop Coast for all of my future appliance needs. Thanks Kory!!

It was really good experience with Harsh Soni from coast appliances. He heard us well and understood our requirements . We were not rushed and got ample time and options to make decision. Once the order for refrigerator was made, the delivery was smooth and on time. Highly recommend Harsh and Coast Appliances for good deal and customer satisfaction.

We have now purchased two items from this location and couldn’t be happier. The staff there is super nice especially Ruby who both times made sure to offer as much help as possible without any guarantee of a sale. We had to find a specific model that would fit the existing trim kit and she was amazingly accommodating until we got exactly what we needed. It’s people like her that will keep me going back to coast. I stopped by a nearby competitor just beforehand, and they were pretty useless. I hope your manager sees this Ruby! I am giving a 5 because of her because the first purchase was a bit of a hassle due to supply chain issues

Shopped around all local appliance stores and Coast Appliance really stood out with the best prices and really good service. LOC was really helpful by providing the exact information needed which made the decision to choose which model to buy easy. Purchase and delivery was fast and efficient. Highly recommended.

Great service! The fridge we ordered got dented but they replaced it no time. Harsh Soni, our delivery guy was easy to communicate with, extremely professional and responsible. The fridge was good quality and I couldn't be more happy with the service and the product.Thank you!
