I went in with a group of three people. The service was truly bad. From the moment we came in, the waiter kept giving us ugly looks and attitude. When the bill arrived and we didn’t give her the tip she was expecting, the waitress and the manager approach to us and asked us to give a tip or not go back again. There are several Mexican places with better taste, environment but most importantly service. NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL.

I had a rare Monday off and we happened to be downtown so we popped in here for brunch. I'd heard good things and my expectations were exceeded. From the friendly attentive service, fresh coffee and timely refills, helpful menu recommendations. Everything sounded so good. We finally narrowed down our choices. My wife had the Fuego Benny and I went with the Fried Chicken and Cornbread French Toast with side of blueberry coulis. The flavours and textures and presentation are spot on.It was all just so good and we left happy and very full.Special thanks to our server Michelle for excellent service. Can't wait to come back!

It’s “okay” but I don’t understand the hype. The potatoes were saturated with grease and I felt like the beans came form a can without much being done to it. Service was friendly and fast, prices are better than most places, but it wasn’t amazing. It’s a decent breakfast. (I had the Fuego Benny. The eggs were cooked right, the sauce isn’t from a package and is good. The cornbread was tasty but crumbly, which is kinda cornbread thing.)I wouldn’t talk people out of going because they’re doing some great ideas, but the quality of their sides is disappointing. I hear good things about the sauces.Maybe pick a meal that doesn’t have potatoes — they’re the worst potatoes I’ve had in a restaurant in a long time. But like I say — nice service, quick food, interesting variety. I can only attest to the meal I was served.

I decided to try the harvest breakfast and it did not disappoint! It was a tasty dish with a hint of spice that gave it an extra kick. I also loved the homemade salsa sauce - it was so good that I ended up buying a bottle to take home with me.The service was also very friendly and fast. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and welcoming, and it was right next to the sea which. For dessert, I decided to try the churros pancakes which were simply delicious. However, I must say that they were a bit too sweet for my taste.Additionally, there were plenty of parking spots available right in front of the restaurant which made it very convenient. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a tasty breakfast with a great view and friendly service.

Great place. The food was excellent. They have a really cool courtyard in the back. The food was very filling and tasty. The breakfast burrito was amazing. The staff seemed a bit annoyed and short with us. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating.

Very few Mexican restaurants have the right touch and atmosphere. This is an incredible gem right on Victoria harbour. Food is amazing and the decor is fantastic with priceless huge posters of the Mexican revolution and old town feel. I always come when I visit Victoria. Try the Divorciados eggs and corn bread. They are superb!
