I had a great experience with What A Pane, it's rare to see such amazing customer service.I didn't have any idea about glass insert and Barry was very helpful in giving me the information I needed to make my decision.He was very patience with me, it wasn't a rush purchase, he would follow-up with me throughout the 2 weeks of us talking.I also had issue that I wanted see the design in person but their showroom was too far away for me.They went out of their way and got 2 nice gentlemen Murray and Dan to bring 2 design I was debating between right to my house to show me in person.Thanks to this, I was able to finalize my choice and now my door looks amazing as shown in my pictures.If you're looking for glass insert, I totally recommend What A Pane! Amazing customer service, good quality product, and great pricing too!!Thank you What A Pane!!

This company was a pleasure to deal with, Barry responded very quickly to all my emails and job got done quicker then expected considering I am in Barrie ON. Installers were very professional, on time, very friendly and their prices are very reasonable. My door inserts look fantastic! We will use them again in future. Glad I found them!

Great company to work with. First impression was awesome, Barry was extremely responsive and helpful. Turned around a quote and a install timeline in the same day. The installers were professional and did a great job replacing our garden door window panel. Definitely going to use this company in the future. Keep up the good work guys

It was a pleasure doing business with Barry. He was thorough and prompt with his responses and renderings. Not only were the installers were on time, they were kind and professional and installation was very quick and seamless! The inserts are of excellent quality!Highly recommend!
