Neon Dragon was highly recommended to me by the rescue I volunteer for. After my last horrible grooming experience, we needed someone new. I have an older boy - deaf, almost totally blind and has severe anxiety when being groomed. When I picked him up, it was mentioned that he didn't display any of his previous freak-out behaviours. He was a perfect gentleman and calm throughout!! I was overjoyed and my boy was looking his very best! Super pleased with the calming atmosphere and nice people there. We have found the perfect place for my boy! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I took my Black Lab and Corgi there, and they took great care of my dogs. They staff was friendly and courteous, and took the time to make sure the dogs were well taken care of. Both dogs came out looking great and happy

Just took my dog to them. He looks awesome. And I am happy with the groom. He smells so much better, and they didn't shame me for his matted fur on his legs, and the hair in his ears as our normal groomer is on mat leave. We brought in the gfs puppy as well. And she was fit in due to an appointment cancelation. They did them both. The 6month old never being groomed before.The grooming salon is not what you expect and I love it. They are amazing. And I look forward to taking my poodle again.

We’ve got a dog that’s quite nervous around grooming, but she came out of her first groom at Neon Dragon relaxed and happy and her groom was fantastic. Staff is also super friendly. We will definitely be returning regularly!

My pup Joey LOVES daycare!! He can't wait to go and he is sooooo tired when I pick him up. The staff are amazing and the pictures they post throughout the day are appreciated! I highly recommend them!!

Took my larger dog in for a wash and de-shed and she looks amazing! I’m sure a whole other dogs worth of fur came off. She’s soft and smells so good. Carly did a wonderful job and I will 100% be bringing my dog back again!!

I’m such a nervous pet mama and I was nervous to take my young dog to daycare because she’s only 10 lbs and would get so scared when encountering other dogs that she would bark aggressively to scare them away.Thankfully Carly and Nikki have created a wonderful business with a safe and amazing daycare. They helped to reassure me by giving me a tour and explaining everything to me before I gave daycare a try. They texted me pictures/videos to help reassure me that she was okay during her stay and it helped me be at ease.I’m thrilled that after a few weeks of going regularly, her behaviour around other dogs is DRAMATICALLY different. She now initiates playing with other dogs that she encounters and has a comfort with them that I didn’t think was possible!I love that my baby has fun going to daycare and I appreciate that there’s an attendant in the daycare to help keep the playing fun. It’s been great to see my dog transform into the good girl I knew she could be and I’m so thankful to the great care in the ultra lounge for helping to make this happen!

My shorkie just finished getting all her vaccines so it was time to take her to groomers. I was expecting face/butt/paw introduction grooming but she was shaven down. A bit of a shock! But I’m assuming it was because she was matted. Staff was kind when I walked in. Paid for the the full service, but no bandana (website says only if available), no picture and there was no perfume smell. Anyways, other than that, they recommended bringing her back to getting use to being at the groomers! Place looked pretty cool!

Awesome! Friendly knowledgeable staff. It was obvious they love and care about dogs. Our little chihuahua had a great time and came back to us happy. ❤️

I honestly hate to be leaving this review… but my trust was broken by using this establishment for my pups grooming. I was referred to the neon dragon by my vet because my dog is reactive and I know does not do well being handled. The neon dragon is on the completely opposite side of the city from where I live. But I invested the time and money. I was told from the start that my pup was not the most difficult they have worked with and that he was doing ok. The last appt I had I had to cancel because they had a case of kennel cough. I did not want to risk taking my pup so I rescheduled. At the new appt there was someone new at the front. She advised me that groomer for my pup would be in ‘soon’. I was advised by this facility to book the first appt of the day. But then the groomer is not there. To note the weather was fine so travel issues should not have held up this appt. When I picked up my pup I was told it did not go well. That was it. I emailed the other day to book an appt for next week and received a response that my pup had bit the staff and that he was just to difficult to groom. The point being here is that this groomer NEVER contacted me from the last appt till now about what happened at the last session. I would not have known if I didn’t reach out. Why would this groomer not communicate with me? Their response was they are to busy! I have lost trust in them and previously I had recommended them to others. I would NOT ever send my pup Back to this facility or suggest anyone else to. I had to click one star to make this post visable but I would give 0.
