They are very unprofessional and … put May house value very low …. Compare my double garage 4 bedroom house with 3 bedrooms single garage…. They said my 2 garage 4 bedroom house with basement value is 1.1 actual value is 1.3 …. When I send comparable they did not reply….. so ..Go somewhere else ….

Appraisers with this firm are very professional. I happen to have services with one of the appraiser named Kandrap Trivedi who is very professional, kind and supportive. He supports his report with correct comparables and give rationale to his comments. In this difficult market, he is still being reasonable and doing justice to his work. Definitely, recommend him for appraisal services, way to go Kandrap!!!
