Worst chicken shawarma ever! Quality of everything was trash which is right where it went. Cale needed something new and this wasn’t it save yourself the disappointment not worth a try

Wraps are very small, way over priced and the meat is a actually gross (lots of gristle and was either over cooked or freezer burnt/hard) . Family and I have never thrown out food that we’ve ordered but we did this time. It is spicy, but they did warn about that. Staff was helpful to look into ingredients. But unfortunately won’t be ordering there again due to the food.

Just had the medium spicy lamb. I enjoy spicy food and this was definitely over a medium. I was able to eat the food but the heat was overwhelming and all flavour was lost.My wife waited 45 minutes total for two meals. She asked 35 minutes after ordering and it appeared that our order had been lost. The staff informed her they would check on her order and then proceeded to start making our order immediately. Although we appreciate the urgency here; admitting that a mistake had been made would have been the right move.The staff were polite, welcoming and were extremely busy. They should be commended by the ownership/management for doing well under pressure despite the problems I have included in this review; they were doing their very best.My wife has previously had Osmow's from another location and was ecstatic that one was coming to Caledonia. Unfortunately that feeling has changed to disappointment.

First time going there. The staff was very accommodating. They looked up ingredients for me. It was so good and tasty. The girl told me, that the hot sauce was spicy, yes it was. Being going there again.

We love the convenience of a local shawarma place! It’s worth the wait for a quality meal. The kids give it a thumbs up too! Staff were patient and conscientious. As previously mentioned, level down in your typical spice preference - even mild has quite a kick!

Service has been great! Food is also great! I would only suggest a bit more garlic sauce on On the Rocks" dishes thats not extra cost... the food can get dry."

Amazing experience when dining at this restaurant! Food was flavourful and cooked to satisfaction. I ordered a large chicken on the rocks with extra garlic sauce. The staff were very friendly and did not take any short cuts. They made sure I was satisfied with my meal and the proportions. I will definitely be visiting again and again and again :)

We were sooo excited when we saw that Caledonia was getting an Osmows! We have always been fans. But, we are so very disappointed with the tries we gave it!!! The chicken" on my chicken on the sticks was so hard it was more like chicken jerky on the sticks..and the fries were under cooked. Same for the chicken in the wrap. My food went straight to the trash and so did most of the wrap after my hubby attempted to eat it. It's not an Osmows that we would visit again. It's definitely worth the drive into the city for a good Osmows chicken shawarma!!!!!!!"

Owner definitely seems to be a penny pincher. If you want what you would normally expect from osmows expect to have to ask for extra chicken and extra sauce. Very small portions, white sauce non existent unless you pay for extra sauce. Considering most plates/ dinners are close to $20, the quality and quantity should reflect that. I'm doubtful ill be spending my money here again.

We called from 11 to 11:45am and no one answered the phone. Not able to send in order in online. Finally ordered .Wraps were a decent size and flavorful but the salads are not worth the money at all. Barely any toppings, mostly lettuce, incorrect dressings. They had no chicken available. First experience and overall not impressed.
