Highly recommend!! Went to Al's RV to get my water leak fix on my travel trailer. Base on the location so close to my place. Booked an appointment, drop off to get an estimate, got a call within an hour and they said they can start on it right away. Got it fix the next day and they charge me less than what they quote me for because the problem wasn't as bad as they think. Very honest and professional!! I will definitely go there if any other problem came up on my trailer.

We were referred to this business from another shop (in Richmond) - the service was prompt and our trailer issue was solved in a very short amount of time. I appreciate knowing that this business is close enough for us to get to, and that both Al and Ron who assisted us, were professional, courteous and just all around great gentlemen. The staff at Al’s RV give Great Service and great advice. I have taken a couple of trailers to them for service. Al always giving me an honest price for what they estimate the job will cost, instead of low price to get me in door so to speak. I have referred a few of my RV friends to them and they all love the great service and advice.

First time using them for service after being recommended by a friend. It was a great experience as there was more to what should have been routine maintenance. The owner Al was easy to deal with and explained the unexpected problem clearly and had good recommendations as to how to address it. They kept to the schedule and I am back in the road using the trailer.

In regards to the comment left by Mr. Bode, we have searched our records from 2019 through to todays date and have found no work order under this name. Mr. Bode if you would like to contact us in regards to the problem you are having we would be more than willing to listen to your complaint please have your work order available so we can go further back in our system to try and find you (maybe under a different name??). As all of our customers know Al has always warrantied his work and takes pride in knowing his customers leave confident that the work done was to the best of our ability. We would hope that if there ever was a problem our customers would feel confident enough to give us a chance to rectify the matter before feeling the need to leave uncomplimentary reviews. I've used Al's once before and am coming back again.My first experience was amazing.Had a water leak in the skylight of a slide roof. Yes a skylight in a slide roof. Al and team were stunned that this even existed, they also advised that they may not be able to repair.They were very open and honest, this one may be tricky to fix if it could be fixed at all.My dealer estimated 3 months to wait for parts.Dropped to Al and they called later in the afternoon. All done! Cost was better than fair based on the work needed.Karen walked me through what was fixed and how, she was in constant communications before I dropped off and prior to pickup.I now call Al's first, my dealer second!They had done the repair and it still holds today.

Honest, reliable service you can count on.. This is there motto and totally live up to it. Today was my third time having my motorhome serviced atAL's. Honest and efficient. Ron the technician is wonderful and can't stay how happy I was with his work. Many thanks Al and Ron.

Needed a new LED light and turns out the part I needed is a challenge as they are hard to get now. So Al went through the process and we can up with another option and it worked Al. Thanks for your time and the chats about Osoyoos- I will look for the area you described from the 70’s !!!See ya soon

Great little Mom&Pop shop. We took our tent trailer for a tune up and some minor repairs. Through the whole process I felt like they were trying to be as efficient as possible with their time and my money. Al gave honest and practical advice, and never pressured us for decisions. Excellent communication, knowledgeable, and very reasonable prices.
