I liked the place. At the time of my visit I was interested in an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak. Unfortunately they didn’t have any despite internet search showing there might be one there. Anyway, I liked the place and selection of watches.

I brought a watch in to get a battery replaced and he told me it would be $200 because it needed a service since it would not tick after he replaced the battery. I then took the watch to the German watch maker and he told me the battery terminal had been broken off and needed to be replaced. The watch ran perfect before I took it in to its about time. Given the fact that its worth over $2500 I am doubtful that it is a coincidence it broke on its own before anyone opened the back.

Rudest person I have ever spoken to. I called this morning with regards to obtaining information about a grandfather clock. The person on the other end completely shrugged me off and said there was no market, and that he was too busy to have any conversation about it because he had customers and if I wasn’t going to be a customer, he had no time for me. I tried to explain to him that I was just trying to obtain information and that he did not need to be so rude. His response was he hung up the phone abruptly.This is a person and company I will never be dealing with, and I can only imagine that with this person’s poor attitude and poor customer service that any other customers should look in a different direction because if a company is going to be so inappropriate with its customers, I can’t imagine it providing any good service when it comes to the servicing and repair of clocks.

I bought this bracelet from Garine jewelers in Surrey Central mall. I unfortunately got it caught and it was twisted and bent out of shape. Garine originally told me that they could fix it, but then after 3 weeks told me no and I was out of luck. I was completely heartbroken as they offered me no options. I had brought a Watch to. It’s about time. Jewelers to be fixed and they did an amazing job so I asked them if they would be able to take a look at my bracelet for me. They did an amazing job on this repair, and I couldn’t be happier.Thank you so much I will recommend this business to anyone that’s looking for a reputable jeweler.

Wonderful to deal with. He made a house call for our 90 year old grandfather clock and got it working again after several years! He came at the scheduled time, called ahead, and was polite and courteous. Highly recommended.

The owner is rude and condescending. Scratched my new watch I brought in to be sized, insulted the brand. He kept one of the links there, thankfully I came back on my own accord and he mentioned he had it.I've never been in this business before, but this experience left such a bad taste in my mouth I wouldn't go back as a customer for a purchase.Female sales associate with the long hair refused to greet me, just gave me a rude stare as I walked in.Bottom line, you should really rethink how you treat people.

Vahid has always been friendly and helpful. It's been a pleasure purchasing several watches from him and continuing to have the pieces serviced here, and I've received much appreciated help in purchasing things for my wife here as well. I've always been been treated well and feel valued bringing my business here. Great experiences each time!

April 24th 2023 - Bought a Presage SRPB41J1 and I am very happy with the purchase. A variety to choose from, and the staff is very knowlegable and friendly.

I unfortunately had a very negative experience with the owner. I brought in one of my watches, of which the current market value was around $300, and had explained I was wanting to part ways with it. It was in the original box, no damage, and had its original price tag. I didn't even get a chance to show it to him. He came right out of the gate by saying, oh ok you would like to sell a watch? Well is it a rolex? No? Well how about a Breitling? No? Tudor? Audemars Piquet? Well if it is not any of those we do not take low-end watch brands

Excellent customer service & shopping experience. I have bought five watches, a wedding band and diamond earrings here. I was always given a great deal for being a return customer. Thanks for all the excellent time pieces and jewelry.
