Newly moved from Ontario to Edmonton and had one of the best, most friendly experiences at this Currency Exchange. The staff was kind, helpful and my transaction was hassle free. I’ve used the service twice and both visits were the same. I normally don’t review places like this but I can’t go by without acknowledging great service. Thank you Calforex.

When I've needed help with currency for an upcoming trip, the staff at this branch have always been really helpful and great to deal with! I get a better deal than I would get by going to my bank and it's located at a convenient spot while I'm running other errands. Staff are friendly and the wait is not too long when I head there over my lunch break.

Great customer service. Nice clean simple friendly spot. Good exchange rates, rates have been better than the bank every time I check. Also, you can convert unused foreign cash back within 30 days at no extra cost!

I am hosting Ukrainian refugees who have a bit of Ukrainian hryvnia with them. Was advised to try Calforex at Southgate mall to exchange it. I called in and was told by the woman working in the evening of August 23, 2022 to go back to Ukraine to spend it.
