I ended up paying 5 times more than what I was initially told it would cost me to sell my house. I was getting charged left and right everytime I wanted to communicate something with the lawyer. And just recently, i found out i been paying property taxes for both new and old houses. Very neglectful, unprofessional and dishonest. Buyers be aware.

I recomended my parents to use this firm. It was my biggest mistake and my parents had their worst experience with them. Their fee trippled and their best interest was only to close the deal and get their money

This review is for the entire law firm, but especially for Ronda and Alana Aird who went above and beyond in this private sale that contained a number of extenuating circumstances.The sale was intended to go through on a given date that both buying and selling parties signed papers for. Despite this, the sale did not go through due to the negligence of the broker used by the buying party.During this whole ordeal, the broker proved himself to be manipulative and untrusting. Ronda and Alana ensured that I was aware of the foul play occurring and that I was not taken advantage.They worked well beyond the scope of what was necessary. When problems arose, Ronda and Alana were extremely receptive and worked overtime to ensure that we as clients were protected legally. They were responsive to phone calls at all hours and made sure to address any and all of our concerns leading up to the eventual closing of the house.In all the years of legal experience possessed by Haney, Haney, & Kendall, they had never witnessed a sale be conducted by any broker and bank in such an unprofessional manner. For as positive this review is the Ronda and Alana, it is in equal parts negative toward the broker and bank responsible for these flaws.Thank you, Ronda and Alana and Haney, Haney, & Kendall for protecting me and my family and for going above and beyond with your clients!
