Very professional operation. Initial emails were promptly answered. They were on time, had proper equipment, and were quite thorough. Friendly and answered my questions. They provided pictures of before and after as requested. Highly recommend them for mini split and HVAC cleaning.

After seeing a video of the job Paul did cleaning my neighbour's mini-split I decided to give HydroKleen a call. The service and Paul's attention to detail are second to none. I couldn't believe the mold that was in our unit and now it looks and operates like it is brand new. We will definitely being having this done regularly.This is not a job you want to be doing yourself.

I looked for local companies that specialized in this service. I made a few calls but unsatisfied with the preliminary info, I kept looking and came across HydroKleen who had stellar reviews…and I’m not surprised at all! From the initial phone call with Jeanie to book (which was like a call with an old friend) to rescheduling because of my mix up (they were so understanding and kind) to Paul’s friendly and expert service — I can’t recommend them enough! I’d give them 10/5 stars if I could!The actual work was above and beyond —which you can tell by the amount of equipment used (Paul even replaced the dying batteries in our remote!!). After moving into a new house with a heat pump/air exchanger, I wasn't sure how to go about cleaning out and swapping the filters. Having a technical background, I was confident I could diy it, but I wasn't familiar with the specifics so I wanted someone who knows what they're doing to have a look at it, so I knew it was done properly. I called HydroKleen to come give it a once over and get everything cleaned up. I can't say enough good about my experience with them, right from the start. Even on the phone, they were friendly and kind.I got an appointment within days and Paul was prompt and courteous throughout. He cleaned the filters up and showed me how to do it myself, in the future. I hadn't booked him for a full air exchanger clean out, but he inspected the whole thing anyways and even explained to me how I could do that myself, as well, since I had shown interest in doing so. It was also a MAJOR relief to not be dismissed in my own knowledge and capability just because I am a woman, something that happens all too often with service professionals I've dealt with in the past. It wasn't even the tiniest concern with HydroKleen.I always appreciate money-saving honesty from people who could easily just upsell services instead. It is easy to hoard knowledge you can charge people for using, but it shows exceptional customer service and integrity to share that knowledge when appropriate, instead of just focusing on snagging a repeat customer. That said, if I ever run into any trouble, I will be calling them back ASAP! I will also definitely be recommending them to anyone I know.I'm always happy to support local businesses, especially ones run by people as friendly and helpful as these folks. Thank you, again!

Extremely friendly and professional. Arrived on time and took great care while in our home. Cleaned our mini split heads and checked the unit outdoors. Also, checked our hvac and cleaned the filter. They now have us on a yearly rotation and I won’t have to remember to call. Highly recommend!

After seeing so many videos circulating of the potential fire hazard that clogged dryer vents can cause and seeing news stories last winter of tragedies caused by improper maintenance of mini splits, I knew I wanted to have ours looked at! Very friendly, I asked a couple of questions because I didn't know how or when you need to clean a heat pump, He took the time as he was cleaning explained each step! Our heat pump as been in our home 4.5 to 5 years! It wasn't to dirty I thought, however I thought I had a new heat pump when he was finished, when he left our home everything was the same as he was never here! Awesome service, great price and a nice smell of mango & oranges coming from the heat pump when he turned it on, Love it! We are happy with this company's services and it will be the only company for us ! you won't be disappointed with the service you get from this Company.
