The driver was very pleasant and accommodating. Kids enjoyed the experience. The only complaint we had was the exterior of limo was quite damaged. But everything else was good. Would definitely use again!

Such a blast! On time, clean, very nice, gentlemen was very kind. Surprise party for my moms 60th and she loved it. So much fun.

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! There are two of them. The second one with the full review was beyond disrespectful. Yelling, swearing, we felt kidnapped and dropped in the middle of nowhere, despite us trying to correct them. Validated drop off location which was on the OTHER SIDE of town. If these two are affiliated in any way. Go another direction or have your night ruined trying to get Ubers from nowhere.In response to reply: they’re managed by the same people. Same URL, same email. They copy and pasted their exact reply on both - also validating same people. No accountability. No names on invoices to avoid being called out. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, service providers, lack human decency.

If your interested in paying for an over priced service , with blown speakers, no air conditioning, and very unprofessional driver who drives you to the wrong address; Black tie is the company for you.

Binder took and picked us up from the Vancouver International Airport. We have a special needs child and Binder placed him in the limo and turn in the lights to have him enjoy while the luggage was loaded. He was very friendly to our whole group. Our flight was late coming home and had trouble getting the ramp to the door. I kept in contact with Binder and he would joke with me to elevate stress we were having at the gate. He was such a pleasant person to see after this long delay in the late hours. I would definitely ask for Binder to be my driver again. A very good driver and felt safe all the time. Thank you Binder for making the beginning and ending of our vacation stress free. You are a gem!!!!

Timing was everything for our event last night and boy did our driver deliver. He was on time to pick us up and drop us off at every venue. Communication was fantastic during the whole process including booking the limo. Very quick and reliable.We felt well taken care of with Binder our driver. I would definitely use this company again.

Used the service to get from mission to Elton john concert. Driver was super polite communicated excellent. I was very nervous about a puck up and drop off from such a busy venue but his text messages where reassuring and on point. I got to have beers and wine at the concert instead of having to drive!!! Highly recommend black tie limo out of abbotsford!!!

We were celebrating a birthday last night, and hoped to have a fun ride on our way to the club. This was unfortunately not our experience. The driver was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. They started off by giving us a lecture regarding alcohol. As we were driving one of us had to use a bathroom and politely asked if we could pull over. The driver was at first very hesitant and refused until they noticed this was something that couldn’t wait. Our music was shut off and we were given no help on how to turn the music back on. The driver then started yelling at us because one of us had a vape. They stopped the car and threatened to kick us out. They then refused to close the window to keep an eye on us. We were also refused the right to open and close windows as they were locked. The excuse the driver had was that someone could fall out of the window. The driver then took us to the wrong location and argued that it was in fact our fault. When one of us was nicely giving directions, the driver ignored it and closed the window. All in all, this put a very bitter taste in our mouths. We arrived late to our destination due to getting lost, and they refused to pick us up any later. Do not pick this company for any occasion unless you want the whole night ruined.
