Terrific attentive service. Drew (attending technician) did amazing work under demanding circumstances. Very diligent and thorough. Would recommend this company over other companies for your sewage/perimeter drain needs.

Duane was on time, fixed our problem quickly and left without a mess. He was very knowledgeable and gave very good advice.Update: The next time we had an emergency we were told we had to wait three days. =(

Amazing guys , Amazing company! 24hrs before the completion of sale on my house collapsed drain tile was discovered and threatened to kill the sale. I called Jeff and he went out of his way to get a crew to my house THAT DAY within 2 hrs . They worked that day and the next to get the work done and save the day! Their work was first class. All the dirt was contained on tarps , all plants and trees carefully moved and re-planted. New downspouts added , new clean outs , the entire job was first class all the way. Super friendly and helpful crew. Thanks again toJeff and Sean for helping a family out in what could have been a disaster.Cannot recommend these guys enough!!

We had Royal Rooter out to clean the perimeter drains and sewer line. Easy to book, the technician (Josh) was super duper nice, and pricing is very reasonable. Will definitely use them again!

Would highly recommend Royal Rooter. My drain tiles had to be redone after a bad job last year by another company. I could not have been happier with my experience with Royal Rooter. The crews are very professional and responsive to special requests. They clearly care about the quality of their work and do a thorough job. The work site was always cleaned up and any disruption was kept to a minimum. Jesse and his crew did a few extra things for me that were not in the original quote! I am very happy with the service of technician. Rod called me after I sent the service call. He provided me a couple solutions of my issues on the call and made a booking for my service for next day. He didn't charge me anything. I tried his solutions to fix my issues. I am thrilled with his service even though they didn't come to our house. I cancelled my booking within a day. Just had a great experience with this outfit. Called 8am Monday morning for a backed up sewage system. Dispatch said we'd have someone at our house around 1pm and that they'd call in advance. They did, a great plumber named Chris showed up on time, and had the issue diagnosed and fixed in under an hour. Super pleasant to deal with, very professional, and a great rate (~$100). I'd recommend Royal Rooter in an instant and would use them again.

this company has been handling my aging Strata's needs upgrading the water system and doing the weeping tile they were wonderful while dealing with the individual owners. The reason they get the five star from me is that i reached out to them to trouble shoot water in my Unit, they showed up right away and were able to figure out pretty quick the source of my water was nothing more than my old leaky dehumidifier that was the culprit. the point is thou they were so helpful and prompt in their service i was extremely grateful that they were able to figure it out with out any expensive trouble shooting, saving me time and money. Our family recently experienced a plumbing nightmare. We have recently bought a home, which is my first home, and it took everything we had to get this home. You can imagine the devastation we felt when our home flooded leaking from several locations; which was caused from an ongoing blockage, which we weren’t aware of at the time of purchase. The quality of work, professionalism, and class this company brought to handle our situation was impressive.
