I usually love lasenza for its panty deals.However due to COVID they are low on stock and have no sale or deal for same. You have to pay for each pair individually. Which makes an expensive trip.No fault of their own.Store is clean. Employees are informative.

Went in the other day with my 2 babies in the stroller. Staff was snooty and asked what size I was looking for. Kinda threw the Plainest pair of bras at me. Got the feeling like if you weren't an A/B cup then you're kinda gross. Have gotten that treatment more than once and it's always worse when I take my 2 kids along. I Expect better than that in this day and age.

Very helpful staff. They were easy to talk to about our needs. As this was my daughters first time getting bras & grown up underpants. The staff made her feel comfortable selecting the right style and size.

Very friendly associates that are ready to help, and even remembered me...it was a week ago but it meant a lot!The variety is good, but it's a frustration taking things back home to try on. Still, you can return your stuff without hassle, so that works great!
