Excellent value and decent wash for quick outer cleaning

Busy place, good touch less and cleans well but holy hell the dryers suck..

Beautiful. I wash my truck often, and now I help manage Wash Zone and wash even more :) Because its a touchless bay, I usually get out and wipe little areas that need it, and I just always wipe my windows/doors down after so they don't freeze. Shining results every time! Wash Zone has given me a love for a clean truck.

Could be better. Liked the car wash. Did only once.

Extremely friendly, I was told if any soap remained on my vehicle, due to the style of vehicle, please come back thru and they would give me a free rinse. There was soap on my hood so I went back thru and they lived up to their word, extremely happy.

“Monster Wash” (23 CAD). Used to be a good car wash but recently, at the end of the wash, the blower is also expelling water. Doesn’t give a good dry and leaves water marks all over the vehicle.Edit: In response to the response from the Assistant Manager: Actually, I did go find your staff in your lobby already as this happened to me more than once. I usually wash the fleet vehicle that I drive in this car wash and the same thing kept happening. So for this time, I wanted to inform your staff, and the answer that I got was the machine was just turning off so there's water left over. There's really nothing we can do about this" and "you can just wipe it"."

Came here for the first time was unsure of how it worked one of the workers there was so nice wish she had a name tag. Short blonde hair/balayage. She helped me with everything & had the best customer service skills. Definitely will be back. My car turned out beautiful too :)

This place never seems to get all of the dirt off of my car. I know it's not a hand wash, but I don't see the point of having to slowly drive in only to find that my tires and door gaps are still full of mud.

Very disappointed with Wash Zone management.I showed before advertised opening time (8am) with a tight schedule to catch a plane out of FSJ and a rental truck to wash and return.Some millennial girl shop-clerk, shows up 10 min before opening (probably just crawled out bed 20 min before, being a millenial), sees me in a dirty F-250 waiting to enter (I was early), and proceeds to open shop.Ten minutes passes past opening time, and she still doesn't open up. Having waited politely, I walked up to the establishment, got her attention, and she informed me that the bay doors were frozen and they wouldn't open up for an hour or more (she was spraying de-icer on them).I get it that it was cold, and it's not her fault, but management needs to anticipate weather conditions and make sure the help shows up early enough to ensure correct, and advertised opening time.I went to another car wash, and the help was also late at that location!! Finally, at the third wash place, the management was thoughtful enough to be open on time.

Failed to remove the grime.Dryer is useless because there is still water dripping onto your vehicle until it stops blowing. I'm used to drying my black truck by hand but I was upset to see all the grime that was remaining. Wasted my lunch break and 14 bucks.
