Very professional and caring team. All their members treated us and the deceased with dignity at all times. They weren't pushy about trying to upsell us more expensive aspects of his Cremation. They were very helpful with putting his obit together and working with their Bureaucracy specialist was very worthwhile.

I couldn't have asked for a better funeral service for my aunt. The attention to detail was to the highest level. The customer care and service we received from Stephanie Ho, Barb Thorson and Jim Baker as well as the other staff during this difficult and stressful time helped us get through everything. Park Memorial is highly recommended to anyone looking for care and compassion during this unfortunate time in life. My aunt requested to have them look after her arrangements and made a great choice as a result my mother will now be preplanning.

Shocked at the unprofessionalism and handling of a fraudulent situation where a cremation was about to take place without a will in hand! Staff, including the president of the company, caused trauma and suffering to the family. Will NEVER use this company and recommend people go elsewhere! Shame on you.

They assist you right from the beginning and give you step by step guidance throughout the funeral process. I would recommend them to anyone who has suffered a loss. Excellent service. The staff made it easy for me to plan and execute my mother’s funeral with no issues. I wouldn’t trust anyone else, and was highly recommended from my aunt when my uncle passed away. My father dealt with them for 30 years when he worked for the City of Calgary cemeteries, and never had an issue. He found their staff very friendly, and respectful.
