Went in for a Macbook repair, super friendly staff who answered all of my questions and reassured me that they could fix my problem! Was fixed and ready to go less than 24 hours after I brought it to them which was awesome.They had excellent communication with me throughout the entire process and were incredibly accommodating. Excellent prices especially for how kind the staff is and the quality they put out. Would definitely recommend and would for sure return if needed!

This store is one of my favorite places in town. The staff are happy to help and very approachable.Great service for repairs on instruments. Very knowledgeable and won't sell you what you don't need, they will help you find the perfect solution for your budget and situation (gig vs campfire etc). The staff doing lessons are amazing. All 3 teachers we use have quickly and easily adapted to the learners needs and goals.You won't regret stopping in!

Lovely apple support tech Nicole there she was very kind and got to the point. Great place for getting apple devices fixed! Very professional there then other phone repair shops that I’ve been too. They are great at finding the problem with my AirPods 2nd gen and now I wait for them to be rede liveried to the shop for me to pick up

I went in today with the intention of buying 1 guitar.Shawn and Edwin were thee very best!!Answered all my questions, I felt very comfortable trying several guitars.Highly recommend these folks, best experience i have purchasing anything.Happy to say I walked out with a beautiful 6 string accoustic and a gorgeous 12 string.

I went to Maar's in search of a used guitar, and Edwin immediately showed me a Gretsch (Gin + Rickey with a pickup), including a super quality Gator case - all for the same price as the original guitar - which was essentially as good as new. The pickup still had the plastic seal protector. Edwin explained so much about the history of this guitar & the company, and I think he was genuinely trying to help me make the right choice by offering this guitar. I bought it, and the more I play it, the more I feel that this guitar & I were truly meant to be together. Not to sound too far 'out there', but it seems like it was some kind of spiritual event that lead me into that shop and brought this guitar into my hands... I know, that's really out there! Thanks so much Maar's Music.

I was referred to the Apple Repair Service Centre located at Maar’s Music recently. The Technician explained a few possible reasons my iPhone XR wasn’t working correctly and advised me upfront of any costs. She was very courteous and knowledgeable and she was able to fix the problem quickly and inexpensively. Terrific service!

My Father in Law brought in his Apple phone to get fixed. He was having issues with his phone (his words... I was freaking out as everything is on my phone) and the tech reset it and had him on his way in no time. Was really fast and friendly. Thank you!!

I’ve gone to see the Apple repair people twice, and they have over delivered both times. They are happy, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They worked on my dead iPad like it was a patient in the ER! Never wanting to give up. It’s not often that I am completely impressed with service but this group of experts is worth the trip . They also had my dead iPhone up and running within 5 minutes.

my airpod pros were not connecting properly and were really malfunctioning. i made an appointment super quickly with the apple department here and am really grateful for this option. it was a fairly simple process for me, the sweet lady here even spoke with apple on my behalf to get my airpods fixed. i am really impressed and really appreciative. they ran tests and found my airpods were failing to connect and replaced them both! i paid absolutely nothing and it was under warranty. i picked up the new ones in just a few days. thank you so much again.

They were super helpful and patient with an obvious Noob. I didn't feel judged or looked down upon for being new (as some other places have, ahem, cough cough). They took their time, showed me some of the ropes and I walked out of there with an awesome Yamaha acoustic guitar and the feeling that they will be willing to help me with anything going forward.I highly recommend Maar's.
