Came here for a couples massage and facial and had a fantastic experience. David, at the front was kind and very helpful. We were tended to by Christy and Linda. The massage was just perfect, the facial left our skin feeling lush. A comforting and wholesome time overall in a great location. Definitely will return!

I've been going to Lets Relax for over 5 years now. I started off as a random online groupon and they turned me into a long term client. Tina and Dave make me feel so special and appreciated ❤️I don't mind driving from Toronto for exceptional service and a day at their spa.

It's a nice, cozy little salon that has everything. Their prices are great so are their stuff. Tina work hard to gain customers, keep them happy and maintain them for life. She is the soul of this place. Her work and attitude is what makes this place different from others.

Excellent salon that provides a variety of top-notch services including manicures, pedicures, facials, and massages. Tina and the team always do a wonderful job and provide a great experience every time! They have taken safety precautions to keep everyone safe amid the current pandemic, so rest assured during your visit. Would definitely recommend!

Every-time I go in i've had Joey whether it was for waxing, eyebrows, or getting my nails done/ removed. She is so gentle and talented I highly recommend coming here. I went to another nail place and they absolutely BOTCHED my nails, I was in extreme pain because their process was wrong and it was ripping my actual nails out, joey was very gentle and took very good care of me manually removing the nail very carefully. The only reason I even went to another place was my own lack of planning and I needed my nails done that day if not I would have waited but i've been going here for over a year now and they've always taken me as a walk in.

Came here to use a groupon for a facial - the experience was fine but then as I was redeeming my voucher at the end, the lady recommended I book a treatment to help with my acne marks which I was interested in but mentioned I was also getting chemical peels done at another clinic so due to healing it may affect when I could book. She then told me I shouldn't be getting chemical peels and the way my clinic was doing them was all wrong (??) and was very adamant I cancel my appointments. I had no interest in cancelling anything at a clinic that had been improving my skin and she stopped trying to convince me. She also didn't end up booking me for the treatment I was interested in getting so I booked it at the other clinic instead lmaoNot really sure why they would act that way towards a potential returning customer but this was a really uncomfortable interaction and I will not be coming back

Excellent customer service, friendly staff and great service. My nails look great and it one of the best massages I've ever had ever hadUpdate: been coming here for over a year and it's still amazing!

I can’t speak to their other services, but objectively I would not recommend getting your lash extensions here. The quality is subpar at best. 90% of the lashes fell out within 7 days of application. I would suggest proper training and expertise before offering the service to customers.
