100% do not rent any sort of property off these guys. They charge top dollar and provide absolutely nothing when it comes to property management. Worse property management BY FAR I have ever dealt with.

10cents / lbs is all he payed for aluminum and steel.Not organized. I will never go back there again.He pays very low. I recommend going somewhere Else.

Place is a zoo. Poorly run. Zero brains or organization. New staff weekly. Pays garbage for metal. Got a nail in my tire, the place is full of metal all over the ground. Go elsewhere!!
