Great experience with Josh. He came out to fix my sons bike. He was on time, very communicative, explained everything he was doing and did not pressure me. He was very respectful. After he repaired the bike, he checked the bike over to make sure everything else was safe. He even took it for a little ride to ensure all was well. Comical seeing a grown man on a kids bike!! Highly recommend Josh. Thanks so much!

Josh from CrankFX was awesome to deal with. We booked an appointment and he came right to our house! He was friendly and knowledgeable. He could’ve easily made me pay for a tune up but it turned out to be a minor issue and he decided to just charge us a service call fee. So nice to deal with someone honest. Will 100% use CrankFX again in the future.

Josh is one of those rare people you meet who clearly care deeply about both their work and the people they work with/for. (And I say this after having interacted with him only once, for less than twenty minutes.)

This spring we tried to get the family mountain bikes and my road bike serviced at the shops. We were not able to get them in for over 1 month. As an alternative we decided to try a mobile service provider. CrankFX responded to our online inquiry within an hour and was able to get us in the next day at a time that was convenient.Josh was extremely personable and addressed all the questions I threw at him. He is an experienced tech and was very knowledgeable. In addition to simply servicing the bikes, Josh took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Josh is amazing!!! He really cares about the service he provides and treats his customers like friends.I had an issue with my bike after a tune up (nothing to do with what he did). Told him about it and that I was riding the next morning at 8:30am and he texted me at 7am to ask if he could come across town to look at it before I went. Wow would never except that from anyone, but his level of caring is out of this world.Use him you won’t be disappointed, he is so passionate about what he does!!!

He was able to come to my home and do a tune up for my new bike and fix a couple things on my partners bike. He was on time, well priced, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, communicated well, and gave us information about improvements we could make to our bikes and recommended some options. I’m excited that my bike is driving better and about the improvements that we will be making. I definitely look forward to having Josh as our bike guy and working with him again! Josh is amazing!!! I’ve never seen someone that cares so much about getting your bike to run tiptop, but also giving you options on what is best for parts based on your riding level. Definitely recommend!!!!

I had a great bike repair experience with CrankFX. I found the tech to be more knowledgeable the most techs at an bike shop! You can tell that there is a true passion for cycling. I found Josh went above and beyond to give me great advice on how to repair my bike and took the time to source the best possible parts. He was able to fit me in very promptly and got me back the trails in no time! I would happily suggest CrankFX to anyone looking for bike repair or bike maintenance.
