Dr. Jason Profetto

I’ve been with Profetto for years, more recently have had continuous care with Dr. Parle, he has been diligent, helpful and kind throughout the years and has done everything possible to ensure his patients are heard and taken cared of.Our family loves the reception staff, I know I do. They’re always courteous and friendly, even remembering us by name.I always leave feeling better even if it’s just to pick up a letter.

Spectacular doctor. Always on time, never have to sit around in the waiting room and wait, and always explains everything in layman's terms. My whole family switched to Jason. Highly recommend.....the office is also very cutting edge.

I was just there with my fiance. Dr. Profetto did not listen to anything he had to say. He has mental health problems due to a car accident, and Dr. Profetto disregarded any symptoms or concerns my fiance has and just told him he needs to suck it up and go back to work. Instead of looking at the injury, and analyzing the area, he was telling him how what he was feeling was not true, pretty much saying that his symptoms are not what they are because Dr. Profetto did not believe that. He does NOT listen to his patients, he does NOT take their symptoms into consideration. Horrible doctor.

I was missdiagnosed and the medication I was given was making me worse. The doctor told me I just needed purpose and to go back to work. I was working before I started the medication I didn't just need purpose. I think he doesn't take mental health seriously. Every time I went in I was seen by a different student doctor who would then discuss it with him and come back and tell me what the Dr said. No one can be diagnosed properly if they are seen by a different person every time not to mention a student. I realised this was not effective and asked to only seeing Dr Profetto. That is when I was told I just needed purpose. No I was actually miss diagnosed. I got a new doctor and was properly diagnosed.

Dr. Jason Profetto is a caring and incredibly knowledgeable Doctor. He explains medical conditions in laymen's terms and always has extra time for questions, which I always write down and prepare. He also always expeditiously follows through immediately after blood work has been done and results are available. He is a true professional and extremely passionate.

Great office with friendly staff, but I have a significant issue with the ability to actually contact their reception staff.. calling this office is borderline impossible. They seem to break for lunch from 11:00am - 2:30pm, and close at 4pm. Extremely limiting times to call. They also have no answering machine, or callback options, or hold system, so the only option is to make sure you are available to call them between 9-11am or 2:30-4pm, and continue calling while constantly getting met with a busy tone.

Dr. Jason Profetto is a knowledgeable, professional and caring doctor. He always puts his patients first. He has excellent people skills with patients, staff and medical students. He works to improve the medical system by working and learning with med students in his office. This work allows him to stay at the leading edge of medical advancements. What I appreciate most of all is that Dr. Profetto spends the time, listens and puts forth his absolute best to find the best solutions for medical issues. Thank you, Dr. Profetto, for all you do!

Dr. Savaterri, his physician assistants and front desk staff are all amazing. All very kind, compassionate people who care about your well being and are on time :)

Dr. Jason Profetto and his staff are fantastic! He is very personable, caring and professional. I have seen his Physician's Assistant, Deanna many times and she is always so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I've been seeing Dr. Profetto for over a decade. I suffer from extreme anxieties, depression, etc. and dealing with medical staff can be stressful but not with Jason's and his staff. The entire staff are caring people who have all handled my mental health issues with such warmth and compassion (I always leave this place with a big smile, no matter how low I felt when I walked in).
