I recently had purchased my wedding band here as it was one of the only ones I could find that sits flat against my engagement ring. I needed to have it sized and was told it would take 2-3 weeks to get it back which was no problem at all and expected. After 3 full weeks with no update I had to call the store and ask for an update on my ring which they said should be here the following week. The band came and there was an issue with it (which I still don’t know the details about) and it had to be sent back to the gold smith. I did not receive any update and was left wondering why it was taking so long. I had to call again and ask what was going on, and they told me briefly there was an issue and they didn’t have any details but that they put a rush on it. My wedding band returned to the store at 5 and a half weeks after purchasing which I think is unacceptable, especially with having to go out of my way to find out what I could during the process. Then, my fiancé went to pick it up during his lunch break and was treated very poorly. They brushed off the fact it took double the amount of time they quoted and offered to put it in a ziplock bag after asking if he just wanted to take it as is (sitting in his hand). He demanded a box and a bag which he did get after asking. After this experience I won’t be returning to this location, or buying any other jewelry from them.

This store’s service is great! Sandy and Aascia are great to deal with. They listen to your concerns, great attention to detail and very outgoing in trying to help the consumer select and choose what they desire.Don’t go to any other People’s stores in the city. Visit this one!
