I had the pleasure of working with Adam in my search for a new home. He helped me find homes within the budgeted price and area, and was always quick to schedule viewings, as well as attending them and answering any questions I had. Jessica was extremely flexible with her schedule and ensured we saw the houses we were interested in whenever we were visiting. Jessica provided very helpful information as to the location and history of the properties, and really got to know us and what we were looking for. We never felt rushed or a bother when, after many views over many months, we we not seeing a house that suited us. When “the house” did come on the market, Jessica was amazing in coordinating the inspection, booking a plumber and electrician to look at issues, and even went to the Pointe Claire city hall to investigate some issues of concern with the house on our behalf. She advocated for us in optimizing the purchase price given some of the issues with the house, and gently provided us with guidance of what could and couldn’t be done. And always, Jessica showed the utmost in professionalism, patience, and positivity.We can’t thank her enough for helping us to purchase our dream house - we don’t think we could have done it without her! We would wholeheartedly recommend her as an agent.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Jessica Rousseau from Team Broady. Jessica helped us find both a rental property and our first home. We were planning to move to Montreal from Vancouver and we were not familiar with any of the local neighbourhoods. Jessica had initial conversations via zoom to help us decide the area we would like to live in (we are a young family with a one year old and a large Labrador Retriever). She even did some virtual tours with us so we could see the places live. She found us a beautiful rental home with a fully fenced yard and helped us negotiate a fair price. When we were ready to purchase a home, we contacted Jessica again. Super good service. Mark worked very hard for me, often over and beyond the call of duty. We visited a lot of properties and refused two after inspection. He was patient and supportive. He never pushed a home that was not a good fit. Very good agent.
